one wanting to fix his printer will need a lot of intuition, if using this video.
during the "critical phases" of the assembling/dissassembling, most of the time we can see only the hands of the guy, his watch and his bracelet, but what is important to be seen (how parts are getting coupled together and so on), we can't see. also, there are parts of the video that are running at high speed.
dude .. allow more time and more details for the watchers to see what you are doing.

apne jaise last me paper fuser k andar daal k check kiya k paper dusre side se nikal raha hai ya nahi, wo agar nahi nikal rah ahai toh kya kare?

may be you need to use fuser grije on the fuser plate
