A couple of afternoons at Pirton Level Crossing (Worcestershire) 01/05/2023 & 02/05/2023

A couple of afternoons spent at Pirton Level Crossing on the CrossCountry line a few miles south of Worcester, filmed on 01/05/2023 and 02/05/2023 (the majority of the clips were filmed on the latter date).
A total of 28 closures are featured here, 2 of which were filmed twice at slightly different perspectives (making a total of 30 clips in this video).
Here we see various movements - including CrossCountry and Great Western Railway DMUs, and also some freight and the very unusual sight of a HST power car travelling on its own!
We also see a very unusual sight of the door of one of the barrier machines left wide open, revealing the inside! This was however sorted out (off camera) by a Network Rail person while I was here.
