The members are really close they have been together since when they ages 15-16 and now they are 24-26 yrs old. So basically they have been almost 10 years together they grow with each other striving for their dreams. And as a Blink aside from their dope performances BLACKPINK's mv quality without using green screen is my biggest flex.

I think for a four memeber group , they are pretty packed. And it's not about how much you can do, it's also about at what level of skill you can do it.

You should definitely checkout the meaning behind their sets, Its f*cking great. Whole song and MV was based on Greek Goddess Nike. I loved it, It was so clever really.
I have always emphasised that a part of the reason why they also so successful is bc they are SUCH GOOD FRIENDS. They support and encourage each other. They just look like a group of best friends
The girls have been living and training together for years, they were all chose to be in black pink as they are comparable and each have a reason to shine. they have said many times black pink is only black pink with 4.

They are literally like sisters. They love each other so much and have one of the strongest friendships in the industry (in my opinion). They’ve lived together for about 10 years now. You always see them protecting each other, doing great things together, hugging each other, holding each other, laughing at each other, etc. Sometimes you can also see them fight but their fights are so cute and end within 2 minutes. In solo interviews, they always mention they’re love for each other. And you can see that it’s genuine. Thanks for reacting! 🖤💖

As a BLACKPINK fan, I'd recommend every 'the making of' from them. Seo Hyun Seung, which directed 80% of their MV, is known for his preference to intricate props instead of CGI. As for their MV: 'Whistle' ruclips.net/video/dISNgvVpWlo/видео.html , directed by Beomjin J, it has an interesting camera works too (think earth's rotation).

they are all literally living in a dorm for 10 yrs, they are like sisters now.
They also have the making of the Kill This Love MV,the part with the explosion behind them was awesome to watch. It was real lol. The girls were covered in debris. Also fun to watch is how they put together Ice Cream with Selena.
I definitely recommend you to watch the behind the scenes of Blackpink's Du DDu Du DDu and Kill This Love. The sets on those MV's are insane I swear

Just an FYI... this choreographed by Sienna Lalau... a 19 year old from the USA. She also did the choreo for BTS' ON: Kinnetic Manifesto and Dionysus as well as two songs for the group Treasure.
You should do more of these! They usually post behind the scenes videos like this but also post seperate “vlogs” where they show even more of the sets! You should check them out!

Between training and debut they’ve lived together from 8-10 years. They’re like family. Two of the four don’t have any family in Korea. Granted they live in a penthouse now but still lol. Def close and do like each other genuinely. In kpop most groups have a known leader. It is said by the label who that is. BP doesn’t have one and they made the active choice not to. They know without one member they just wouldn’t be BP ❤️

A lot of kpop groups are friends not all but majority of them are friends because they went through so much with each other and they live together. Kpop is a big difference from American and European groups . But kpop groups grow up together
YG don’t usually film the props that they used for MV’s because they had their own style that other companies don’t have.

There are a lot "making the video" for Blackpink. They are their own "family", they went through the good and bad together as trainees. They had individual bedrooms around a common room. Their schedule as trainees was 6 day weeks at 12 hrs day, but usually more. Each month they were evaluated by performing a solo, duet, and group song with a dance routine also required. These performances were of their own arrangements and productions. Jennie was a trainee for 5 yrs 11 month, Jisoo and Lisa 5 yrs 1 month and Rose' 4 yrs.
FYI YG very rarely use green screen in the MV's.
Heads up the "bear trap" in Kill This Love is real.

They are more than sisters to one another. As per siblings, I am sure they do have their little fights. However, they have the loveliest interaction with one another. You can feel the love amongst the four of them.

These Kpop groups' members came to know each other and be with each other for YEARS because of training. They sing, dance, live, practice together before they debut. Thats why they formed that bond. Unlike American pop groups that just got formed in a tv show and practiced together for some months.

4:57 i feel like that happens often with non kpop groups the most. idols usually leave their groups dus to wanting to go solo, or because of mental health issues. that's most common. being an idol is so different, and hard. i can go on for hours about how different kpop groups are from most artists and etc but nobody has that kind of time. just know that it's very obvious alot of groups actually love eachother, considering the fact that they've been through so much together aaaand they all live together- alot of idols do have their own separate houses, but that's usually way further into their careers, and even when they do have their own houses, i know alot of idol groups who still go back to the group's dorm.
