The infrastructure & project will be as below;-
1) Production-There total amount of waste generated in reference to machines - HSN Machinery(Make of the machine )- of 1.3 metre width and 7 roller can produce up to 4 ton per day and around 200 to 225 kgs per hour, so we will be requiring ideally 50 -60 tonnes for single shift and 110-120 tonnes of waste for recycling in double shift .
2) Types of fibre - from ring spinning yarn hard waste we can generate fibre length upto 25.5 MM and through fabric waste we can generate up to 21 MM .
3) Application - the ring spinning waste can be blended in some percentage to ring or OE blend again and fabric waste can be used for OE spinning
4) Cost per kg - the cost of conversion including electricity, spare parts ,maintenance ,labour, packing and all other major expenses will contribute to 8-10 Rs per kg plus recovery loss which is around max 5 % in yarn waste and max 10 % in fabric waste
5) Installation cost - the machinery setup usually cost around 30-35 lacs ( depend on type of machine ) which includes ( cutter , recycling machine , bales press )and other third party expenses which will be done by Buyer is motors , panels ( we can also provide but it’s optional ) plus ducting .
6) Area-These costs exclude land and building .The area for the complete project ;-
For workshop;- 1800 sqft.
For raw material- 1800 sq ft.
For finished goods- 1800 sqft
7) Manpower -5 Persons
8) End use of this Recycled yarn- Weaving ,Felt clothing ,Khadi .
9) Profit - 10% i.e Rs.3/- to Rs.10/-kilo
10) By product -3% Rs.2/--Rs.8/-Depending on gratification.
11) Licences- No spl licence is required, only follow rules as per factory act.
12) Power consumption- 150 HP (approx 50 unit per hour

सबसे पहले कच्चे माल को कटर की सहायता से काट लेंगे इसकी उत्पादन छमता 500 किल्लों से 7000 किलग्रैम्ज़ प्रति घंटा की हे छमता अनुसार
फिर कट्टे हुए भिन्न भिन्न क़िस्म के माल को एक निश्चिंत मात्रा में मुख्य मशीन के पीछे विभिन्न सतह में तोल अनुसार लगायें ग़े
मुख्य मशीन में ७ बीटर्ज़ होते हे
पहले दो बीटर्ज़ को ओपनर या फाढ़ू कहते हे। जो कट्टे हुए माल को खोल देते हे अगले पाँच बीटर्ज़ को कलीनेरस बोलते हे जो खुले हुए माल को रुई के रूप में प्रवर्तित करते हे इस परिक्रया में जो माल धागा या वस्त्र फ़ाइबर रुई में बदल जाते हे वो हवा के खिंचाव से आगे दूसरे बीटर पे चला जाता हे ओर जो भारी माल होता हे वह नीचे चटाई पर गिर के वापिस पिछले बीटर पे
पुन खुलने के लिए चला जाता हे
यह प्रक्रिया तब तक जारी रहती हे जब तक वस्त्र या धागा तंतु ( फ़ाइबर ) में परिवर्तित हो कर आगे नहीं चला जाता
मुख्य मशीन की कार्य छमता २०० से २५० किलग्रैम्ज़ प्रति घंटा रहती हे।
बेल प्रेस :. रुई में परिवर्तित हुआ माल आपका उत्पादन हे जिसे हम बेल प्रेस द्वारा गाँठ में बांध लेते हे जिससे उसकी transportation लागत कम हो जाती हे। इस टोटल लाइन की क़ीमत लगभग 32 से 35 लाख जीएसटी सहित होगी
