- ‣Welcome to Episode 4 of The Hunt, "Falling Short"! This series features in-store footage at Walmart, Target, Toys 'R' Us and other stores in search for Disney Cars/Planes.
‣In this episode, I search for Kevin Shiftright (Clutch Aid #121) and Flik from 2017 Singles Case A and the new Road Trip releases. Along the way, I find an interesting, new large-scale Lightning McQueen made by Jada.

I remember hunting for cars when I was 7-10, The hardest ever to find for me was Lizzie considering she was only released once at the time, and online she would go for about $35.00 US. anyway, great hunt RC, I'm looking forward to the next reviews, and that includes the prototype.

I will shop up to 12 stores (Wal-Mart, Target, TRU) when traveling to visit my grandsons. I always leave the Cars section neat and straight when I leave. Take time to hang the fallen packs back on the hooks and sort by price point where you can, Make us collectors welcomed.

I'm new to Car diecast collecting, so I only have about 15 cars, and right now I'm focusing on making a few collections, piston cup racers, reporters, and WGP racers, all which I have a few of. I had 8 piston cup racers before last week, and, where I live, it's very rare to find piston cup racers. Anyways, I have Chick hicks, The king, Lightning McQueen (Standard) Sputter stop, Transberry Juice, Revolting, No Stall and Nitroade, and like I said before, finding piston cup racers in stores near me is extremely hard, so that's why I almost cried with joy when I found Faux Wheel Drive in stores yesterday.
Also, Road Trip Mack isn't out in my area either! I've noticied the road trip series but I haven't really bothered picking one up, I'm focusing on getting the piston cup racers as quick as possible before they disappear because of the cars 3 ones.
I'm sorry to hear you have had a hard time finding new releases. That's awesome you found Faux Wheel Drive though! He's pretty hard to find. I hope you find a lot more soon! It's definitely a good idea to buy the pre-Cars 3 stuff because it may become hard to find with the upcoming inundation of Cars 3 releases.
Back in 2013 I take a break for cars but 3 years later there is alot of cars that I don't have, thinks for the tipe now I know what store to look for. :)

NP, anytime! I could definitely tell that you were delighted about it lol! Yeah, it's really annoying. I was actually quite surprised Tim Rimmer was at the Coles that I found him at last night, they had 2017 Brad, 2016 Raoul, Doc, McQueen w/Shovel, a few other McQueens and Tim. It's confusing lol

Yea, like I said in the video, this stuff may be good for other people, but for me it isn't. Hope your stores get better stock in for Cars 3. :)

I've been looking for the single with Franciscos pitty and the 2 pack with Raoul Caroule and your stores have them like its nothing. But I recently found cars 3 in a store so I guess I can't complain too bad.

I found a quite a few good cars from Pixar cars in my target and I know a couple of the cars myself

I wish I lived in the USA. Out here in the UK I go to my local Tesco (Equivalent to your Target) and I always want the Piston Cup Racers, but at most they have about 20 cars there!

My favourite movie of the franchise by far is Cars 2 (i know, pretty unpopular opinion) but i miss the time when the Cars 2 cars could be found somewhere else than on Ebay :) When you said, these arent good for me at the first shop i just looked that there some lemons that i would love to have gotten...
There are still Cars 2 characters being made and that can be found in stores.
@@MrDocket Yeah, I have found some WGD racers in my country but I havent found any lemons... I have still ordered some from Ebay and other stores and they are expected to come as my christmas gifts 🎁🎄👌

Possibly, but they didn't update the website until fall last year, and by that time, we already knew everything that was being released. We'll see how it plays out this year. :)

love all the videos. in my area of georgia there is only a few stores with new cars to me. my walmart never gets new stock :( . toys r us has like 3 singles and 1 2-pack. target has some good cars but not much. i also cant find a mack anywere! and my computer for some reason wont let me order off of ebay or amazon. please wish me luck for some 2017 cars or cars 3 dicast at kroger. :)

Sweet hunting video and finds bro! I'm glad you found Kevin at Target and that 1:24 scale McQueen looks SICK! I did see some cool RS McQueens on the pegs but I'm guessing you already have him on a 2017 card or you just don't want the 2017 version. Either way, I hope to get that one soon to replace my damaged one and maybe a couple mire to keep on the card and to customize like in Race-O-Rama.
