I would like to know if this product will work properly installed upside down? Of course, there is a possibility that it will not work with solar charging. My question is whether inverted mounting will affect the ultrasonic work?

Hi There, in theory it will not impact the readings as long as it is level and not at an angle. However as you state it will not be very efficient on the solar charge and will therefore run out of power earlier. Hope that helps. David.

Can the blutooth compatablity of the anemometer be connected to a microcontroller by any chance rather than a app as I need the data from a mobile robot

Hi, the sensor uses Bluetooth 5.1, range up to 30m. It states compatibility with Android, IOS, Garmin watches etc but this is via a compatible App. I doubt you could connect directly to your microcontroller.

Thanks for your immediate response, Actually my range is around 3 Km. Can I use the wired one, though it is Heavy I think it has an IC2 communication protocol, and via UTAR we can communicate to a microcontroller. Is there any documentation for the wired setup as I am a beginer to electronics
