He could get copyright claimed if she wanted to because it’s using her art that she worked hard on, and it’s also being rude to the artist to use their art/video to support a ship they personally don’t support/like. It’s impolite as hell to the creator because they haven’t asked permission to use the video like this.

That's why he was on the reformed villains, not because he was evil but because it's what any ponies thinks about his background character and that makes him look like one of the bad guys (the changelings) . So he prove himself by reforming ( Showing that he doesn't want love to feed himself and helps to defeat chrysalis) and transforming himself into a brighter side of a changelings.
