Ha! Steve, the horse theory for the ascendant/1st house chirons is spot on! I have always had an affinity with horses, especially wild ones. I started horseback riding when I was about 10 years old- but quit after the first day because I really did not appreciate how it takes 55.3 hours to "saddle up" and I refused to put the metal "bit" in my horses mouth( can you imagine how painful that is?) Also, one year my sister bought me Mane n' Tail (horse shampoo) for my Birthday. It smelled off kilter though, so I returned it, but apparently some people swear by it. Take care Steve!
I so enjoy your face....AND your knowledge of the heavens! I think you have a lovely voice and have the best astro-vids!! Wishing you well and a speedy recovery!!
Wonderful take, Thanku, do for thought. I’m part of the Uranus opposite Chiron if you ever felt like going into that one 😅. Love all your videos, short & sweet is so much easier to grasp! X
I hope you are over the worst part of the dental procedure and that today will be easy and all will go well. Or if it is difficult, it will soon be worth all the discomfort. I believe that by getting dental implants you are protecting the bone structure of your jaw. If teeth are merely pulled and nothing replaces them, fairly quickly the bone erodes away. So although it has been taxing, if all goes well, you have been very fortunate to be able to get implants.
Chiron in pisces conj. sun. Trine cancer 12th house north node and Venus in Taurus 10 th Had a fear of horses til I went to work with kids in a drug rehab facility that used horses as therapy. The horses that had been abused would come to me and Noone else when I sang to them. Then as I opened up realized I had the same emotional issues as the horses . I was an abused child also. The kids and I were healed, but I'd been so afraid of them til I turned 40. Good luck with your teeth.
OMG! ~ This is so funny! ... lol ;-) I have my Chiron (Rx) 22'10deg on the MC 19'45 PIS while my Asc is at 18'00 deg. Cancer! ... When I was a young girl I always accompanied one of my class mates to her horse-back-riding lessons and I was happy to get on a horse at times too, or to just watch them, pet them, and so forth. There was no money for me to take those lessons too, but I loved being there in their company, so I went. Ironically by the measures of the Chinese Horoscope I'm a Fire-Horse as well! :-)
I love horses. Born in a fire horse year. Then.. centaurs and Chiron Sagittarius. Jupiter in cancer. Native horse art. Celtic braiding of horse hair. Klaus hempfling is a great author of horses and body language. Healing. I wear the triple spiral horse epona amulet. Many stories and myths about horses.
Thanks for your sharing....it makes me a Little bit closer to understand...I have my moon/chiron in aquaries in my eight house opposite Uranus....I can really see in my Life what you are talking abot here....I can see both the gift and the burden of this aspects....Take care...Hug from Sweden...
For the sake of statistics,, I am another one of those chiron opposite AC natives who is afraid of horses. BTW I really like what you do here and the focused way that you do it.
Lol my soon to be husband's last name is Red Horse (he is a Lakota Indigenous man) and his Sun is conjunct Chiron by 5 degrees and exact conjunct Jupiter. I have Chiron and Pholus in the first house and I am a 1 degree Saggittarius Sun. His NN is conjunct my Vertex, his Venus is 1 degree conjunct asteroid Athene (881). My soon to be wife's (his first wife) Chiron is 5 degrees conjunct my asteroid Athene and her moon is conjunct my Venus by 2 degrees, her NN conjunct my Saturn. Yes we are not a common couple in this era, but my NN conjunct both of their Pluto's may argue otherwise a transformational revolution of past lives, my Sun is 3 conjunct Pluto/Juno.
My Chiron is in Cancer (which is also my sun sign). I definitely have issues with my mother and we haven’t talked in 9 years. Definitely not motherly and nurturing like a mother should be.
Chiron SQ Moon made my heart jump resonating with it!! amazing. I am Chiron Trine Sun. I had a tough childhood with lots of manipulation, abandonment, violence, etc however, i wonder if my Chiron opposition Pluto saved me :)
+Tinky Dinky Actually I believe that your Chiron Trine Sun is probably what saved you. Your Sun is your nature and having the easy flow of the trine made this much easier for you to handle your challenging Chiron Square Moon. I think that your Chiron Opposite Pluto has more to do with issues in relationships regarding control and power. This aspect probably finds you bending to others demands and giving up your control of the relationship issue because it is just easier than constantly trying to get others to do things your way. This is a tough opposition because Pluto wants all the power and all the control and Chiron lacks the ability to prevail due its inability to "fix" issues regarding gaining control. I would suggest that you strive to harmoniously assert yourself when you feel you are being controlled and if that doesn't work, I would not take that particular relationship issue quite so seriously. Hope this is helpful to you :)
+Tinky Dinky I wanted to add that if you attempt to force your position with another regarding who is in charge, that might actually backfire on you. I feel you have probably learned that challenging another regarding power and control issues often cause more problems than it's worth, so again, just giving the other person their way is much easier than fighting over the issue. I imagine you have learned to compromise with Chiron Opposite Pluto which is helpful to you, the issue, and the person you are having the issue with. Hope this is helpful :)
SuperWorlds1 Steve generally focuses on Chiron aspects to the personal planets i.e. Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars. The planets from Jupiter outwards move much more slowly and therefore (particularly if slowing down due to retrograde stations) potentially all people born within a 3 or 4 month period (with Jupiter) would have the same aspect (obviously then reducing its importance from an individual viewpoint). This is not to say that it is not important, especially if there are personal planets involved in the aspect (e.g. if Jupiter is conjunct Chiron and also square Moon). In such cases though, I would always recommend an individual consultation to help you understand the aspect. Hope that helps! - J
I really enjoy seeing/hearing you everyday, you're a great teacher. I hope your comfortable during your dental work, take care today xx.
omg I have a Chiron asc and my family owned 5 horses when I was a child.

do you have any strong Jupiter or Sagittarius?
Jenny Kaye Some people do astoundingly beautiful work with horses, without saddles, bits or longes. Stay with it, gal!

Chiron squares my ascendent. I find horses beautiful, but I'm terrified of them.

Chiron myth is the half horse, half man so no surprise there may be horses involved somehow.

What year was it discovered and what sign was it in ????

The wounded healer? It's a bit redundant isn't it then?
Not sure how to find my Chiron. I'm a Virgo, Scorpio rising born in the year of the horse, so would be interested in the shamanistic aspect of it.
The girl who bullied me when I was younger loved horses. I’ve rode a horse once. Gentle and nice, unlike that girl -chiron conjunct ascendant
Thanks - but how about its aspects to Pluto?
I have Chiron in Scorpio which conjuncts my Mars in Scorpio.. I'm kinder trying to understand this Chiron thing so I'm not 100% on how it works... YET
How about Chiron retrograde in Aries in the birth chart?
Rhiannon by Stevie Nick's is a great song
if you partner's progrssed chart shows their chiron is conjuncting their dc should you avoid this relationship?
