I just imagined you building some a lot of buildings around the monorail itself. So it's like, driving through a tiny city. That would be awesome! And then, the houses/buildings could be a new plaza too. :-))
For the guest limit 2000 might be too little and I think you should put 3000 because you didn't have frame rate problems with 3000 and it's still a decently large number
You should connect all the pathways (the one that goes across that mountain, and the other one, so people can go that way aswell. Maybe put some small games, and some shops so is not empty :)
