Because only this recipe works perfectly every time I am making a new batch. The other recipes that I followed sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. But this is the only one that never failed. I made watching other vids It worked but the ph is too low(high acidity and sour so I coundnt eat it). how to get the perfect ph like sweet vendors do??
