anyone ever notice that the set of the show never looked like the place it was in? like the front door where fred would sit during the intro?
That was common in sitcoms. The same could be said for All in the Family and even the Brady Bunch. The producers used a really beautiful house to showcase, but the set could not be accommodated to it.
