I wish it was faster to set up the sprites, having to give them a specific name, making sure no other sprites are in view and it’s especially long if your doing a big sprite sheet.
You know, i found an easier way: 1:Number all the sprites (1, 2, 3, etc) 2:export the region 3:Cancel all Sprites 4:Load the picture again 5:Import Region 6:Add prefix with underscore (example: sonic_) 7:Apply all changes 8: import sprites 9: create sprite group
What you downloaded was most likely a movieclip. You would want to break apart the movieclip and the sprites should be a group or it could be a single frame movieclip you could cycle through with sprites on each frame.
@@youngninja84 would there be a way for me to make my own group using the sprites downloaded? That way I won’t have to constantly add the movie clip, then break it at a specific frame.

Put the sprite group in a movieclip then use it for all your desired projects
