In atisheegra darshan u will skip the line and do the darshan quick in half n hour or 45 mns and in sparsh darshan u can enter in main garbhagraha and touch the shivling and do pranam and offer bili patra

you will get buses from MGBS bus stand hyderabad yes you need to do online booking for bus for hotel you will find dharamshalas near temple offline and temple stays ke hotel ke liye online booking is must and for bus online is good offline also u can but if bus is full u wont get seat
its 4 to 5 kms from hyderabad deccan and 8 kms from secunderabad u will find buses from morning 5 am from srisailam to nigjht but do not book for night because its a tiger reserve buses will be stopped at checkpost after 8 pm in night yes if you do booking is good because if there is rush time you may find difficulties to find seat and in normal time u can get seats dirct in bus without booking.

yes you can touch no you do not need to take any other ticket just book your slots online and yes u need to take printout because mobiles are not allowed
yes if you are booking sparsha darshan there is traditional dress code kurta pyjama or dhoti and shirt for mens and saree or chudidhar with dupatta for womens
