Rocking your arm side to side is actually a good stretch for your lower back, it gets the fluids going in the spinal cord. I messed up my back once after a surf sesh, came to take a break, sat down and that was it. Took me over a year to get back to normal. Stretching is a must. Love the content brother. Keep up the good work.

i think this is one of my favorites for some reason. such a great mix of all the aggravations behind the scene and the fun, the ups and the downs. you are so funny when you're aggravated or nervous that i love it=it makes me laugh and also feel less bad about my own being nervous and aggravated a lot. it SUCKED that they ran volcom that day. it knocks out some of the best guys to do that, and leaves grinders for most part. i thought of how many of you should have been there on finals day for that nice swell. glad jack made it though. (not your jack). i think maybe the highlight of this one was eli's face when the girls danced up to him :) GREAT edit. Jack is killing it. as well as the blurbs. and we all know what happens when you ask genies for things-nothin' but trouble. oh and your mom is beautiful

Can you show people to the different ways to pop up on a surfboard please? I'm a beginner Surfer aggressively trying to move from soft-top to longboard and eventually down the fun shapes and hopefully one day not too far in the future shortboards but I know the pop-up is very different when doing it on shortboards. I have watch RUclips videos on the chicken wing method and jumping from the thighs which is very hard and planting toes into the pad and stepping forward with the dominant and I just want to know what do most professional Surfers do and what do you like to do? For the pop-up. Thanks!!!!
