I'm a Panthers fan and the series against Boston was the toughest most violently physical series the Panthers have had to play so far this year on the way to the Cup and so far in the Stanley Cup final. You guys were the toughest to play against and even Paul Maurice agrees with that. The one thing that made us better than your team was down the center of the ice. I think that was the difference. Plus I think the panthers have the best forcheck in the league. Can't wait to play you again next year. Not just in the playoffs, but during the season it's become a great rivalry for Florida Panthers fans.

I'm happy to see a team that can out maneuver the slow pacing defensive Bruins that make a boring hockey game and force them to play out of their element. Very few teams can commit to the forecheck like Florida did this entire run. It's amazing how most nights, they just never seemed to slow down. Congrats Florida, I'm rooting for yall.

If there’s a mathematical equation for shutting teams down the Florida Panthers have figured it out. Nearly three games finished in final and Edmonton only has 2 goals. Looking like two sweeps in two nights approaching. Celtics and Panthers.

They have the necessary complement of
skilled, gritty forwards coupled with 6 well rounded defensemen,
back stopped by an elite goaltender.
Their top five forwards of Barkov, Bennett, Reinhart, Verhaege, and Tkachuk play a better two way game than any in the NHL.

I think if Brady became available for trade.I think Bill Zito would do everything he could in his power to bring him to Florida to play with his brother.

Nope. I’m not bitter at all. Bruins fan 50 years + and every team has a chance to go into the rink and win. Boston didn’t this year and Fla did. Get better and bring on next year🐻

100% management's fault, having a massive lead for 1st place and not resting the top 6 forwards and top 4 defense.

      They weren't beating Florida.

Not really, but in any other universe Bennett's tying goal would not have been allowed to stand. I'm not saying that the Bruins would have won the series because Florida is the better team. But it should have gone 7games.
And how does Bennett not get at least a fine for hitting Marchand in the head? Not saying he did it intentionally but he should have gotten something. Player Safety is now a joke.

Almost like trouba not getting suspended or Leon not getting even talked to ...Kane punching Bennett in the face

We don’t have a #1 or #2 center. Zacha is a top 9 winger, good size and speed but no hands and no playmaking ability. Coyle ideally should be our third line center. It’s a hard thing to fix but picking up one top six center has to happen or we will have made no progress in the offseason. Pasta needs help and every year lost means another year older and wasted for Pasta.

      @tylerreigle6462 3 месяца назад

If the Bruins can sign another impact wing (one that I absolutely want is Patrick Kane) to play with Pasta and hopefully a new top line center I think Zacha can be the other wing opposite Marchy hopefully having a new center on that line as well, Zacha is good man he gets in the dirty areas he's responsible defensively for the most part and he can give you 20-25 goals and 50+ points

Sam Rhinehart is not going anywhere if anybody leaves, it will be Montour. Bill Zito will find a way to sign just about everybody else that needs to be signed. Florida will not lose any of its top 9, except maybe Tarsankco. Defense possibly could lose Montour and Kulicov. Lundell It's not going anywhere, was drafted by the Panthers. He is extremely young. I believe he's only 22 maybe 23 and he's considered to be baby Barkov. He's loved here by this team and its fans.

Boston is in the same boat as NYR, Carolina, Toronto, TB in the East and
Dallas, Colorado and Vancouver in The West. Alk have major flaws in the lineup.
Boston - Lack of true #1C and elite #2C plus shallow top 6 D.
NYR - Lack depth at C
TB - Lacked depth at top 6D but addressed it by bringing McDonagh back.
    Carolina - Lack elite goalie
Toronto - No top goalie or elite dman (top 10 dman)
Colorado - No top 10 goalie and losing Nichuskin killed them
Vancouver - No Demko, they have talent at all positions to make the Finals next year
Dallas - Have potential to challenge Edmonton if Edmonton still has Skinner.

Not bitter at all. Yes, I sort of hate them but only because the Panthers play better Bruins hockey than the Bruins do. I would take any of those Panther a'holes, including Tkachuk and Bennett, on our team any day and then they'd be our a'holes.

Its isn't "Bruins" hockey its simply
      "winning" hockey.
Bruins have won 1 Cup in 50 years. So why is anyone using them as any gold standard?
Why not TB, Pitt, Avalanche, Detroit, LA Hockey?

Boston, Carolina or New York Rangers could have won the Cup if Florida had faltered. Give Florida credit. They have the most complete team. Hopefully, they can bring the Cup to South Florida.

Boston had no chance of a cup this year, no top 2 centers and couldn't win a faceoff? You can't expect to win many playoff games with those 2 problems no to mention being out shot most nights. Without Swayman the leafs could of beat them 4 straight.

    • @KMK7355
      @KMK7355 3 месяца назад

They have Swayman so its a moot point.
Bruins need to sign Lindholm and Stevenson to push Coyle back to 3C and move Zacha to LW to replace DeBrusk.

If the team that eliminated your team, at any point in the playoffs, goes on to win it all, or almost, it's important to focus of what that says about your own squad. If the Bruins gave the Panthers almost all they could handle, were competitive and maybe took them to overtime in game 7, that can only mean that the Bs are close to competing for the Cup themselves. If the team that beat you fizzles out, and is eliminated in the next round, well that might not be such a great sign.
The Panther's success is no guarantee that the Bruins are close...but I think it's a great sign for the future.
Get over your disappointment and look to the bright future.

    • @KMK7355

Bruins were eliminated in 6 and barring injuries to Bob and Barkov
      weren't beating Florida.

Boston has to hope they get
2C that will push Coyle to 3C.
Then have to hope Florida loses
      Reinhart and OEL.
About the only way they close the gap. After G1 with no Bennett incidentally Boston was outclassed.
