One of my favorite. Two minor observations. The counter at the end of the kitchen would be a major irritant on the way to the dining room. It could be turned and be placed next to the fireplace, so you don’t have to go around it every trip to the dining room. The bathroom off of the laundry room does not have to be a full bathroom. As is would just be something else to keep clean. Very pretty design though.
I think you made some very good improvements to this design. I think it’s great that you revisited a design! This tour exposed me to some new and interesting wall covering options.
Very unique - very nice! Narrowing out the fireplace wall and moving it more inward to the sitting room, instead of it encroaching into the kitchen would work better. Love the laundry/mud room area. The 3rd bathroom into a half with toilet and small sink room - use the rest of the space for a pantry/storage area. Really a very cool design!
Recently he posted almost same design, kitchen was where now dining room is , and dining was behind the fireplace . There was not third bathroom, just huge laundry room , which could be partly used for a small third bedroom or office. And the third door near the dinning (( than kitchen ) is not necessary. In general I love the design.
I love this house! Perfect for my wife and I to downsize and retire in! Only one problem, kind of a major one actually, where does one get blueprints??? Or do I have to hire an architect to watch this video and make a blueprint for me?
I like the other floor plan almost like this one except the kitchen and dining room are switched. That one was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was you had to step up to the dinning room.
A good-sized house, with options to customize. I'd want a bench and a place to hang coats near the entry like you have in the laundry room, and I'd want just a powder room off the laundry room, since both bedrooms have full ensuites. The kitchen is a little snug, but if I didn't have a fireplace I could have more cabinet and counter space.
So many walls are exposed to the outside on 3 sides, the bedrooms, dining room, living room and bathroom/laundry area. For those that live in colder climates, this would be a major issue. The warmest rooms will be the kitchen and bathrooms behind it. I love the look of this home other than that. Gorgeous LP siding combined with the stone look.
My friends aren't that smart and would be confused by the two front doors. Why does this two-bedroom house have three bathrooms? There's one in each bedroom and a third off the laundry. Why? With the kitchen being so small, I'd prefer that third bath be made into a pantry for storage instead. The dining room seems useless IMO. It seems to only useful if guests come to visit. I'd rather turn that into a type of home office with some bookshelves to give it a library feeling. The desk could be a nice dining table and chairs could be brought from other rooms for guests to dine.
This one is weird. I would have made the en-suite bath of the bedroom on the dining room side of the house the public bathroom and pushed the bedroom door back beyond the bathroom door for access. Then I would get rid of the door off the laundry room to THAT bathroom and put it in the bedroom instead, then eliminate the inner third full bath altogether for a massive master bedroom with en-suite bath. The third inner bathroom makes no sense at all. It just takes up space.
Three bathrooms and none with a bathtub. The paint color is terrible but can be changed. Also, this house is not that small and all-around patio seems pricey.
This video is one day old so maybe I'll get a response. What is the purpose of this YT Channel? Everyone ask "where can they get plans" but you don't answer them! We can't have a home built from an 8 minute video. Are you just showing what a small house could like? Are you just in it for the clicks and likes? TM Studio(s) doesn't show up on Google so what's the deal. We like some of the homes in your videos but if you have nothing to offer us (the viewers) then we must move on to someone who we can talk to and who will answer our questions!!!
Monísima monísima monísima!!!🎉. No te cansas de ella ni aunque vivas cien vidas♥️
WOW, beautiful is an understatement.

2front doors? Weird otherwise it’s ok and I do like the laundry room.
I very much like this house, a lot of room, nice laundry and I like the separation of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Absolutely beautiful, love it.

Love it!! All the windows and cozy living room 😅
I Loved the bedroom , but absolutely beautiful 😍❤️
Beautiful house ❤❤❤
1,054 sq. ft. is not small by my definition. Beautiful Home!
Especially when looking at about $200/sq ft to complete it. Maybe more, depending on where.

Nice project❤
Different, but beautiful.

❤❤❤ just too big for what I am looking for, but the building materials are gorgeous!!!
Wrap this one up. I am moving in❤❤😊😊

I kinda like it. It's quirky!
I love the design it’s cozy warm and inviting, would like to
Know kinda of what price this s home would be
I like this one better!! Only change...I don't like how the bathrooms are not connected to bedrooms. Otherwise, PERFECTION!! My dream home!!
The only thing I would change is making the bathroom off utility room a pantry. Other than that I love it
I would love the blueprints on this one and another one, how much are the blueprints please?
Whats the price?
Nice house.

The kitchen floor area is still a raised floor. WHY?? just a tripping hazard! Bad choice!!!😮
Is it bad that the first thing I thought of was how horrendous it would be to have to remove a wasp nest

Too many bathroom for a small house😂 could have made more closet spaces and less bathrooms😊
Don't like the placement of the kitchen .
Only room I liked was the living room, sorry
NOT perfection but confusion! Kitchen is narrow, two front doors? Four front coffee tables? Come on you can do a lot better!!
Don't care for the design of this one.

Frustrating! I in the market for exactly this particular type home
Too many windows! Kitchen feels claustrophobic. Not a fan of this quirky plan.
