I knew that bed of chaos and Nitto's skeletons were going to be a problem for her, but the fact that she doesn't get discouraged and just make her want to understand the fights more just fills me with joy
She did a lot better against Bed of Chaos than Kanata, who did a lot better than her against Ornstein and Smough. That’s the nature of Dark Souls, I suppose. Everyone struggles at different bosses.
I missed when early fromsoftware bosses were slow and their HP pool was small, now elden ring bosses have huge HP pool, move like flash, AOE attach all together
It's not a new thing, been like that since Bloodborne and it's a great decision because many bosses they've created are that fun to fight from that onwards (There are some that still mediocre but still) to the point I used to simply start NG+ over and over again just to fight the bosses. I love Demon's Souls, DS1, and DS2 but many of their bosses are simply meh or straight cheaply frustrating..
@@irvancrocs1753 the biggest problem with dark souls 3 and specially with elden ring is You character is not as fast as Bloodborne hunters and the bosses are aggresive as orphan of kos
@@santiagomoralesgarcia1802 Idk to each of their own I guess, I feel like the pace in DS3 is simply fine and quite faster because the invincibility frame is better than previous games, to the point aggressive bosses like Gael, Dancer, Champion Gundyr, Midir, and Sister Friede are still one of my favorites in the franchise (It's the only souls game where I reached NG+7 because how much I love fighting them). As for Elden Ring, I do agree tho some bosses are straight punishing you for moving slow like Melenia and Maliketh, but other than that, the bosses are surprisingly fine and fun to fight. While DS1 and DS2 are more forgiving, the runbacks tend to be the real bosses than the boss themselves, take a look at the runback for Four Kings in DS1 and Executioner's Chariot in DS2 as two of many examples..
I wonder if anyone has saved Solaire yet in Hololive? Pekora, to my knowledge, has been the only one to find him and understand he's depressed about not finding his Sun. The way to save him is kind of hidden though, you need to go through a different entrance to Lost Izalith and defeat the glowing bug in that tunnel earlier.
No one can know how to do that on their first playthrough without spoiling the game, whether it is by backseaters or checking from internet before hand.
I was having a terrible day at work until I watched these clips of Pekora playing Datk Souls. Can't help but laugh in tears as she dies countless times. 😂 Thank you for helping getting rid of my stress.
Or very high fire resistance. Flash sweat and fire resistant equipment can keep you alive long enough for you to collect the items from the ground. Not very practical but possible if u want the ember etc early on
I enjoy watching Pekora or amy holomember to play dark souls but i wish the chat wouldn’t backseat so hard. Especially in this game, as it is the easiest modern from software game, where knowledge is power.
It is the most common cause of death in the boss because it is the only thing that can really hit you in the fight. Whether you use fire bombs or manually run to both sides, nothing can really hit you if you play well. But the fire storm is very difficult to dodge when the boss decides to use it in the tunnel, mostly up to rng.

Thank you for these long translated edits of Pekora! She’s extremely funny.
0:05 Pekora da gansta : Yo! Sashiburrri!!!
we lost the chance to tell her to throw the sword in the lava
When she fought bed of chaos it did an attack I've never even seen before. I love watching a first time playthrough, but even better when its Pekora.
Same, I also didn't know that Centipede had a grab attack.

Seeing her lose that 50k was rough 😅
Also I like how se says "yen" for her souls 😂
0:45 Technically he wasnt lying, you can walk on it.
Being mean to Quelaag's Sister? Unforgivable

That's just saying every game is different then

@@Lassila96 You don't have to know about it to save Solaire. Some people will simply do it by chance, even on their first playthrough.

Yup you can walk on it but you die XD

Lost in izalith is nice to grind some levels
Great for some souls but easily some of the worst bosses in the series
But the level design is boring

She's so bad at dark souls and I love it 😂
how is she bad? she is clearing everything super fast on her first playthrou
She ain’t bad, she’s learning the game.
Bad? My girl is learning dark souls faster than any streamer I've seen, it's her first playthrough yet she has gone so far
Did she played any souls game before this? She plays really well.
