Hello sir, i am 38 with primary infertility of 8 years, with normal BMI , amh 5 and Lh 18 (done these investigations a year ago) having multiple failed cycles of oi, 2 failed iui and 3 failed IVF cycles, the reason told by the doctors is poor egg quality. I took Dhea, metformin, inositol for multiple cycles. My husband's SA shows progressive motility of 10%, rest of the values are normal.... what would you advice for me??

Does too high letrozole dose causes a hypoestrogenic state so even after ovulation pregnancy rate is low ,just came across a lecture with this opinion nd then thought retrospectively nd yes even after ovulation pregnancy rate tend to be low with high letrozloe for ur clinic ur opinion😊
