The Kirby’s Epic Yarn Glitch nobody knew about (Animated)

- I have waited over a DECADE to make this glitch known. I’ve searched everywhere and never found a trace of anyone else knowing that this even exists! If you and player 2 hold the up button after defeating Yin-Yarn, Kirby and Fluff will yarn whip into the air and leave the two knitting needles there instead of launching them into the background as intended. As soon as Kirby and Fluff finish their victory dance, the game is softlocked.

@@powerONdelta You might’ve already seen it at this point, but if you use the hammer jump glitch during Chaos Elfilis’ fight and go out of bounds, another one will spawn in
This is the only place it can happen in the game, not even in the regular Fecto Elfilis fight

I never thought I'd see a video dedicating this scene, this game was literally my childhood, and I'm glad it gets at least a little bit of recognition :D

This is indeed, a glitch we never knew about in Kirby’s Epic Yarn.
It’s been SO MANY years since this game came out, and we discovered a new glitch. THERE’S STILL SO MUCH TO LEARN FROM OUR PAST CHILDHOOD GAMES
Except it isn't new, it's just that they were the only one who knew of it.

Honestly, no matter what happens, this is probably the most freakin adorable Kirby game
I like to percieve it that yin and yarn are just paralyzed because they thought they fell to patch land

you have no idea how happy I am to see Kirby’s epic yarn content in 2022, it was a huge part of my childhood and it’s impossible not to feel comfortable and happy playing it. I had no idea this glitch existed, also the little animation is awesome

Nope, both go flying despite only one whip hitting its target. That’s how I found out, actually! I was holding the up button while my brother wasn’t, and we decided to see what happens if we both held the up button!
It's SO well-animated for such an obscure little joke, truly all should strive to be like you.

I’m 99% sure Kirby’s Epic Yarn is the most child-friendly game out of the entire Kirby series 🤔
It is, as far as I've played all the other kirbies have some creepy tones or bosses like 02
Funny thing is BEFORE THAT I HAVE PLAYED MILKYWAY WISHES YKNOW THE ONE WITH MARX BEING ALL CREEPY

I dunno why this made me think of that one glitch I did in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, during the Torch Tusk boss fight when I was 8 years old (from my recollection, in includes Torch's death animation being severely delayed, and there being the presence of a playable invisible Donkey Kong. I have no knowledge about the setup, just the outcome)
How do people even find this?

Kirby’s Epic Yarn was literally my first ever Kirby game, and the one that literally helped make my childhood, as well as bond me with my nephew who to this day has learning struggles. I am incredibly thankful for this game and this adorable animation is absolutely perfect! Wonderful job on it! And for everyone else who grew up with this game, you are loved and not alone! 💕

Oh I did that on purpose
I put a blue tint over them so they blended into the background. Their actual colors clashed with Kirby and Prince Fluff’s colors, and it hurt to look at
