This city has twenty three million people, more than many countries.
Thank you Michele for showing us this magnificent and interesting place in Chongqing! Absolutely amazing! The lights and the views from the higher levels are simply astounding! I can’t imagine any other place in the world that looks like this place. Another thing that surprised me was that there is no crime here, no beggars, or homeless people. You won’t find that in a major city here in the USA! A quick shoutout to Reporterfy Media (Thank You), and Michele, I do wish you the very best in China!
Super safe, best feeling in the world having a phone in your pocket and nobody would steal it :)
because majority Chinese have a decent life, that is why very less crime and beggars, and no homeless people.

That bowl of noodle soup looks so delicious. I can't wait to visit Chongqing one day.
I would suggest buying noodle from the side streets not directly connected to the tourist areas. The taste is much better and for the same price the bowl is much bigger :)

Lots of markets in Asian countries are noisy…hawkers and all! That’s the beauty of the old/new world! I just came back from Hanoi, the old quarter is harder to navigate! Chongqing mrkets have more variety of good food, and is more spruced up and easier to get around despite the noise!

I grew up around Asian peolpe in Canada. I've eaten in our China Town in T.O many times. Real, traditional Chinese food per se. China is a place many should experience, the biggest fear by foreigners is a lack of trust in the government. Whether real or not, citizens might not feel that their country can help them if an unfair situation occurs. Our consulate has no influence there. China is definitely an interesting place though, far different than promoted here.

I'm not sure I understsnd your point, but yes, that is the promoted fear in these countries. The Canadian appararus does great harm to many Canadians but the belief here is tha Canada has no influence on china in the event of a citizen issue, with most countries, Canada does. It frightens Canadians. It isn't easy to travel so far be it for a vacation or even work opportunities.

I want to travel back to China too I have only visited my parents hometown to see my grandparents and family and my dad took me to Shanghai we went on a ship it was a lot of fun but I also lost one of my clothes in the hotel 😂 I can't believe house cleaning threw away my stuff
