Congratulations to all the Jamaican men who are so passionate about takin care of flowers for it shows that people who r so compassionate about plants r almost very lovin and caring for plants r like babies they need tender lovin care and u have to know which plant to put in different locations wether indirect sunshine r direct sun r partial sun r no sun at tall I use to love African voilet also and I had some for I just plant them by the leaves so I use to have plenty but they love indirect sunlight and don't love water and water damage the leaves so u have to plant them in containers with holes and pour the water in the saucer that u put underneath and just keep pickin the old leaves and constantly planting new pots and one of the best areas for those is indoor specifically on ur kitchen windows r on a display window where there no direct sunlight

Precious thank again honey for highlighting the beautiful orchids been cultivated by Jamaican men im so xcited and feel so proud and I have seen a lot here but I have never seen some of wat you have shown here I remember growing up in Jamaica we use to call them scorn the earth for they only grow on trees in the bushes in tress esp mango trees and we and we use to grow them in coconut shell and the hush from the outside of the coconut but precious of all the flowers in America orchids r the most expensive flowers and they last long if you know how to take care of them I have green thumb they grow very well with me for I always tell people wen they ask me how my orchids r so healthy and bloom all year round they don't love water and soil im so hooked now on ur channel and I just fall n love with you but im so jealous to see men so dedicated to orchids for I never knew so many men love orchids that much theyr more interested in flowers than farming yam and banana and most crops that most Jamaican men cultivate

The medium I used to pot my phals is working quite well as they have been thriving wonderfully. I think he used the phal orchid mix along with the moss to pot them. @@preciousbloomsja 🙏🏾. Growing phals- Shade and humidity… use fine bark and sphagnum moss at the bottom ay the plant pot bottom, and keep them table height .
@@mesandz2623 Thanks friend for the tips, much appreciated but I find that whenever I use moss as the medium I always lose them so I try not to use moss. The medium I used in my video seems to be working quite fine because the phals are now thriving💃☺. Thanks again for the support, blessings always🙏👍

Hello precious im so xcited watching someone from my beautiful country with men who love orchid im so embarrassed for I always think no one is obsessed with orchid like I do and I first saw ur channel with u and the youngest orchid younman in Jamaica and he really put me to shame he knows every one of their names I live in Florida and I have a lot of orchids and most of my Jamaican friends are also obsessed with orchids but I have been so jealous of you just watching you takin those giants ones out of ur vehicle precious orchids in America is so expensive just a tiny ones ranges from sometimes almost fifty and up especially so if u were in especially Florida those giants ones ur girl friend gave u u would b makin a few thousand us dollars and I have never seen orchids so tall and healthy honey you got me hooked and so jealous that im not living in Jamaica for I would really love to pay you a visit just for the orchids

The plant at minute 6:55, I know it as Queen Emma crinum lily, or just Queen Emma. The plant at minute 8:34 I know as pagoda plant or Clerodendrum paniculatum. Have both ina me garden, and they do make a statement when in bloom.

Snake plants i love those need less care and they hate water and soil and they can survive in any heat its also call mother n law tongue r sensievera and there different species and those also grows by the leaves u can just cut the tough old leaves off and get plenty plants from.just one leaf depending on how many pieces you cut one leaf in
Thanks Jade, two of my viewers had previously identified the plant to be the cymbidium fnlaysonianum and cymbidium aloifolium. Research shows both plants to be almost identical so I am still trying to ascertain which one it really is. Thanks again for watching, cheers and God bless🙌🙏
I think the men garden outstage we the women for it was always the women who loves to do the gardening and the men use to culture the crops in the fields not in the garden but we r living in a fast changing world for women now r doij all the things and choosing all the careers that once was only men and now its visa versa

OMG Monty it’s reasonable to say any gardener are impressed with ur set up - me I just in ahhh with the greenhouse the design 👏🏽🙏🏾I grow phals at ease in Jamaica … the secret for me is shade and high humidity.

@@preciousbloomsja 🙏🏾. Growing phals- Shade and humidity… use fine bark and sphagnum moss at the bottom ay the plant pot bottom, and keep them table height .
@@mesandz2623 Thanks friend for the tips, much appreciated but I find that whenever I use moss as the medium I always lose them so I try not to use moss. The medium I used in my video seems to be working quite fine because the phals are now thriving💃☺. Thanks again for the support, blessings always🙏👍

Hello precious im so xcited watching someone from my beautiful country with men who love orchid im so embarrassed for I always think no one is obsessed with orchid like I do and I first saw ur channel with u and the youngest orchid younman in Jamaica and he really put me to shame he knows every one of their names I live in Florida and I have a lot of orchids and most of my Jamaican friends are also obsessed with orchids but I have been so jealous of you just watching you takin those giants ones out of ur vehicle precious orchids in America is so expensive just a tiny ones ranges from sometimes almost fifty and up especially so if u were in especially Florida those giants ones ur girl friend gave u u would b makin a few thousand us dollars and I have never seen orchids so tall and healthy honey you got me hooked and so jealous that im not living in Jamaica for I would really love to pay you a visit just for the orchids

The plant at minute 8:34 I know as pagoda plant or Clerodendrum paniculatum. Have both ina me garden, and they do make a statement when in bloom.

Snake plants i love those need less care and they hate water and soil and they can survive in any heat its also call mother n law tongue r sensievera and there different species and those also grows by the leaves u can just cut the tough old leaves off and get plenty plants from.just one leaf depending on how many pieces you cut one leaf in

it's a Cymbidium Specie from Asia. Very expensive
Thanks Jade, two of my viewers had previously identified the plant to be the cymbidium fnlaysonianum and cymbidium aloifolium. Research shows both plants to be almost identical so I am still trying to ascertain which one it really is. Thanks again for watching, cheers and God bless🙌🙏

I think the men garden outstage we the women for it was always the women who loves to do the gardening and the men use to culture the crops in the fields not in the garden but we r living in a fast changing world for women now r doij all the things and choosing all the careers that once was only men and now its visa versa

Men used to be farmers and women would be tending to their gardens but in today's world, people are choosing careers and hobbies that suit their liking instead of being gender-based.
