  • First look and usage of the Barreto 23RTK Trencher.
Can the Barreto trencher handle the rocks and roots of the Tennessee soil? Find out as I run this Barreto through it's maiden voyage and first trenching job!

I just used one of these. It was AWESOME! I did over a thousand feet in about an hour.
    Qick tip..
To get a nice straight trench, use a reference like a fence or string line to one side and simply watch it in relation to your tracks.

I like the notes you added to this video. I wished more "How-To" videos included them. It really helps to communicate what your are trying to do.
I'm sure its pretty difficult to see a line even if you would have drawn one.

Thank you! If there are obstacles that can't be rolled over (footings, walls, other trenches) on each end of a proposed trench, would have to start at each end and work towards the middle, I suppose. But then you end up straddling the trench that you just dug. Do you know if a tracked trencher can pivot and drive over its own trench in order to get it back on the trailer and return before installing pipe/cable and back filling?
