What I've noticed is schools will give you information about different tertiary institutions but not give you information about funding and things. I once went to an expo for overseas universities and there they gave the necessary information on funding schemes, bursaries and scholarships that are available. Schools need to be more intentional when having career expos for pupils. I doesn't help anyone when you give them information about tertiary education but no information about the financial help available for those who cannot afford it out of their pockets.
