Since the new years eve, I have experienced the most intense period which was very painful, not able to solve things out, seen a totally different me who never I was aware of, too emotional, doubted about myself, etc... I can say I hit the rock bottom (after many negative things came back to back) I worked on myself alot, figure out my traumas, acceptance, patience, etc.., i made progress, i prioritize myself, donr postpone myself. But, not enough, i feel very clueless, I thought i was healing after break up, but now instarted to think of her (we havent spoken ovee 1.5 months) but i try to go with flow, one thing good is that i do not act reactionally due to my emotions (turmoil has calmed down thanks God)
I know my awareness is opened, it was overwhelming, still is, and i am still experience the pain of loss, my transformation is in progress, i should do it by myself, it is my journey. I am just tired to face and deal every challenge by myself, i came to the point to give up, but i dont i wish i know the clues for the answer i have been look for soon. My first time here - you really spoke to me and provided much clarity
To feel our dreams.
I had a dream of a man appearing in front of me and he was just standing there and looking at me not saying a word. And when I look at him I saw that he has a bad news for me and he's not capable to say it in words to me but he was projecting the feeling of a bad news. And by bad news I mean, it's like somebody come to your door and want to tell you that member of your family pass away but they don't have the words or the courage to say it so they just stand there and project the information. So he was just standing and projecting it on me
When I woke up from this dream the entire day I was feeling this energy I was feeling very lost and scared. And I know that something left my life I just don't know what
man, I keep beating myself up for things that I can't change, I feel like I've known trauma, but my parents framed it as "i was lucky". but i needed to hear that we are not really slaves to our own needs, but we are mostly slaves to other people's needs" ugh I need to go cry..
