When i was in 8th grade , -(im not trying to brag or anything)- but i was a great dribbler and i would get passed defenders quick, but one day we got a new coach and he dint like players to make individual plays and he made it a habit on me and my team to just pass pass pass....i lost my touch, but ever since i been watching your control/dribbling videos i been getting better again, and i saw that i learned a lot from you and your vids, and i have been reading the e-book and secret vids you have on your website, i really appreciate the work you do , and ever since iv been using/watching your vids, i have now become a starter player on my team

What i mean is that i used to be a ballhoger, but i was a good one but at same time bad one, i would score and miss like amyothet player, im trying to say that dylan has helped me become a team player and undestand the real way to play

Thanks for breaking it down. Ignore the ignorant comments. You'll notice they are just trying to get a rise. Training is training. I just sent my son 6 of your videos. He's an amazing player but breaking down plays, review, and training are always appreciated!
The secret to good dribbling is to choose three simple moves you know are effective and you like. Then build from them to became more versatile.
For me those three moves were :
a) Shoulder Feint
b) Cutting in and out (Messi style) or (Dragging style)
c) Scissors
After you became comfortable with those moves you make them apart of your dribbling routine and then you further expand them so you don't became predictable.
If you master the three moves you choose, it becomes easier to do other moves like, Step-overs, the Messi overstep, the Cruyff, Maradona 360, and even the bicycle.
This is what l see the professionals do, they all have base moves.
