You have just witnessed an epic masterpiece from these ladies. I challenge any other metal or rock band to replicate that performance LIVE, and to that level of musicianship.
I’ll add another dimension. Being an all female band they can perform this. A male band couldn’t, the aesthetic wouldn’t work. But anything a male band can do LOVEBITES can do it better. There is nobody like them, nobody as talented and there never has been.

A 74 year old UK Metal Head here. I have been listening to rock and metal for 60 years now, right from the start of it all really, and I really think Lovebites are one of the best bands I have ever heard. I discovered them about 3 years ago, though a recommendation from friend who is also an OAP metal head like me 😄 although I have only recently begun to post comments about them on RUclips. I have been lucky enough to score a ticket for their London gig in June, and I am as excited to be going to see them as some of the big names I went to see in past decades. A footnote to your recent comment about trolls posting nasty comments, I have seen some of these, but my feeling is to be sorry for them. They must be leading a very sad life. If they don't like a band, fine, that is their prerogative, but there is nobody forcing then to listen. Just go away and listen to what you want, don't try and spoil things for everyone else.
Younger but similar. By the time I got into Zep, Deep Purple, Maiden etc there was not much new stuff coming out from these groups. So I never had that excitement of loving a band and being able to look forward to new albums and their progression. Then Lovebites happened. Finally there is a band I want to see live as much as those bands I missed in the 70s and 80s. First time I have ever had the "I have to see these guys live" and actually been able to do it. #LOVEBITES doing what #LOVEBITES do better than anyone, the only band that can trigger the WOW factor in virtually every song. It's not surprising how much love and loyalty they receive from the wolfpack army. They are a once in a lifetime phenom. Many good bands and many great bands and a few can be seen as super bands, I believe that once these ladies are known world wide they will be seen as a one off. During Midori's solo, Miyako's rhythm guitar riffs are also really amazing. She could basically stand as a separate song and just lays there during the solo.
It just doesn't get any better than this, it really doesn't. Doesn't matter what kind of music you like, c'mon on, one for the ages. And this is a heavy metal concert and they go and do that! INCREDIBLE!! Great reaction guys! 🤘
Talent.....Miyako does the acoustic guitar on the studio version, here LIVE she does the piano so Midori just jumps on the acoustic guitar before she goes into shred mode on the electric guitar!!! Then M&M harmonize and get Asami to "speed" up the vocals at the end!! All the while Miho and Haruna are driving the bass line from start to finish. Haruna shows here why her cymbal work is legendary. Along with the "3-E" songs, Swan Song and Empty Daydream are the best examples of the insane talent in this band. The first section makes me think of the music over the opening credits of a 007 film. Asami spent many years studying ballet before becoming a singer. And that's a four and a half month pregnant Miyako moving seamlessly between piano and guitar without missing a beat. An absolute masterpiece.
