I can totally imagine myself riding a coker one day. Your videos made me decide to get my 24" and your videos are a huge inspiration in my current learning process. Whenever I feel like ditching my unicycle, I watch your videos and I get really hyped about practising again. You're awesome! :)

The funny thing about this is unicycling helped me learn how to ride a bike with out handle bars. Unicycles are always easier to learn with out handle bars while bikes are the exact opposite.

Okay, I have a couple questions. Back in 1990 I bought and rode what was probably a cheap uni. I had lots of fun with it, but I really could only go a mile at the most because it was murder on my backside. The idea of doing a 10 mile ride seemed impossible. I'd like to do just that but how much more comfortable is a bigger wheel, better built uni? I'd love to do it again, but didn't like the discomfort

You can do it! You just need to experiment and find what's comfortable. I am on that journey right now. A month ago I didn't think 1 mile was possible because of discomfort. With different cranks and a seat adjustment I can actually visualize 10 miles or so. Best of luck to you!

@K1LOMETERS I sold that one, and now have a new Kris Holm 36er. The KH is about $850 stock. The handle is extra, as ae the brakes. You can get a basic 36er new for about $450.

I have to admit, I think it might be dad's fault. He set the kid up for failure by letting him ride his bike with crocs.

@Catnip8642 In general, my average is usually about 11-12mph if I'm just on a mellow beach bike path ride. I can hit higher speeds of 16-18mph for short sprints, and 13-14mph average on other rides.

At the moment I ride a 20'' Torker Dx Unistar and I'm looking to get a 36'' for commuting, would you say the 36'' is harder or easier on the legs than the 20'' for longer rides as on the 20'' it takes more rotations to get the same distance, but with the 36'' even tough it takes less rotations you have a bigger wheel to turn, what do you say?
