Those HT-5's are AWESOME amplifiers. I had one a few years back that I unfortunately had to sell while moving across the country. An actual tube amp with a USB is great alone, but the range of tones you can get from that amp is astonishing. It works for anything from jazz, metal, classical, country, and anything else in-between.
the SE starla is a crazy good guitar. mine has one of the best rosewood fingerboards ive seen lately and puts any epiphone LP to shame. specially with the current epiphone price decisions

I’ve had the HT 1R for a couple years and it’s a really good sounding little amp. This is coming from a guy who has a large collection of classic tube amps. If you’re on the fence and want a great little pedal platform for your room, -go for it. I’d actually gig with the thing.

Is $500 usd on a basically brand new rarely played on 1 year old(like not even properly broken in playing on high volumes wise" as the owner stated) pre-owned fender tweed blues deluxe 40 watt?
@joshball8674 a youtuber who has done videos pointing out possible breaches of various trading standards / regulations etc and other things that weren't disclosed but perhaps should be, it's not just andertons he's done a few. Some people say he's standing up for consumer rights others say he's too pedantic and self appointed policing. My comment was intended to be tongue in cheek as this came out shortly after Lee did a response to some of KDH'S accusations
Everything can't be a giant seller at every retail store nomatter what you sell. Starts off at a certain price then price might need to be reduced.. selling clothing or music or selling anything else of course that's how it works
Yeah, just the goldtop DGT these days. I guess PRS figures that folks getting SEs want something as close to the Cores, which all have birds now too. Kind of a shame, as I have an older Core McCarty with moons and they're super nice. What's funny is that I remember seeing an interview with Paul, and he expected folks (back in the 80s) to prefer the dots, but then it was the birds that sold more, so that's why they have the birds.
Yup, I used to quite like the birds, but I've gone off them a lot in recent years, I'd love if PRS offered dots or moons instead. Both of my old core models had moons, and I much preferred them. Typical that I quite fancy an SE DGT and they offer both the colour I want and the inlays I want, just not on the same guitar!

Most of your demos R absolute krap with very spikey annoying cheesy treble, but the fact that green thing sounds so amazing in this video means it's right up there with the fancy boutique stuff on Pete Thorn's channel, & a definite 'must buy' 4 N E 1 into 'amps', which isn't me as iPrefer tube preamps & then EQ & stuff 2 emulate the rest, but N E of U fools who R not buying these, U should $ell what U have & 'Go Green', koz U R not going get significantly better tone regardless of price or brand =) They should also use this green thing in all of their 'sound like so & so' demos.

Interesting comment on the HT5R speaker. The original Mk1 HT5 had a Celestion G10-40 speaker.
It's true. The PRS coil split sound is better than most, if not all the competition.
I would argue the old Dragon II's are almost mandatory to play in split

The Starla follows the Gibson Nighthawk formula. An Ibanez/Blackstar rig is bulletproof.

My HT1-R is great and made even better by sticking an EQ pedal in front of the amp.

those 5w amps sound pretty good on their own. kinda pricey at 500 plus dollars. the prs guitar sounds great for its price range.

The guitar is all pickguard. I want to play on wood not a plastic pickguard
