Like it! Have you tried a saucer style sled or even a tube made for pulling behind boats? Love the build. Hoping we get enough snow one of these years to build another run. Last several years have been terrible for snow accumulation in Michigan. Snows then melts within days. Snow maker has helped but can't afford the upgrade to make enough.
Wow Adam that was one hell of a job and you indeed look like a fine neighbor if you can do without the snow we have a beautiful sunny neighborhood here in Northern California and you'd be a perfect fit. 😎
You can't go wrong with a Saucer. They are some of the fastest and most durable sleds you can find. They are however more dangerous depending where you're using it as it is hard to stay on the Saucer with more speed and any kind of turn or change in direction.
Man, such stuff was possible in my city like 15 years ago. Since then snow each year has gone to like 10% it was all those years ago. We can be really happy if we get like 10cm over all the winter season.
same. in my city, when i was like 8 or 9 (im 22 now) we would consistently get at least enough snow to cancel most daily operations for a good few weeks.... now we're lucky to get a few inches of snow that cancels things for a few days
Where do you live you seem to get a lot of snow there? I wanna build something like this for my snowboard so I don’t half to travel far to get to a hill
Adam Harris ok thx for responding back I live about 1 hour away from Chicago and it’s the same hit or miss either we get a lot of snow or we don’t get any
40+ hours of work, for 20+ seconds of pure childhood fun, yeah that sounds about right.
Time for a plow on an atv. 😂
Yep

Wow Adam that was one hell of a job and you indeed look like a fine neighbor if you can do without the snow we have a beautiful sunny neighborhood here in Northern California and you'd be a perfect fit. 😎
Thats amazing! I am trying to do something like this and am wondering - what is the most durable fastest sled you recommend?

@@adamharris7700 Tysm! I found a super old scratched saucer I had a couple years ago and put some wax on the bottom - now it is really fast! :D
@@adamharris7700 the ones with steering are good too but they break easily xD

It has Happened numerous times. Only a few major injuries (broken bones) to report.
Imagine having enough time to make that.....
I would believe most of the trauma is from climbing that ladder.
