yes, it is a jauch. Jauch movements are quite fast when they chime. I like a fast chime clock. Also, be careful, don't or try not to bump the clock with your hand, causing the pendilum to hit a rod causing that sound. Very nice clock. Also, try to fix a couple hammers that double strike the rods. It's simple to do, hammer wire is easily bent to adjust the tone of the rods. be sure to be gentile whilst adjusting the hammers, it's just experimentation. I have seven clocks total in my house, and could use more, lol!! I'd love to have a jauch triple chime in my place especially one like yours with in-tune rods!
