You are the real deal. Very rare actually. I can’t sustain it all day long but half the day my mind is what you describe and that’s up from like 10% a year ago. Seems like once the process starts it’s hard to stop. Not even doing it, it progresses by itself. Though before I had to put a lot of effort in healing the mind and traumas. It was 5 years of real intense therapy… now a distant memory of a past self. Finding an awake teacher also really sped it up
Shar I just listened again to the video (3 hours later) and it is the most beautiful, clear and concise message I believe I’ve heard ever to wake up and remain awake. Simplicity reigns! Thank you. 💗
Shar this was a perfect explanation of what meditation is like you alluded to. In silent sitting meditation you simply don’t hold on to any passing thoughts regardless of how meaningful they may seem at the time. Well you’re doing the same thing when totally awake and going about your business. Perfect !
Good morning 🌞 Shar... Just wow...what a fantastic explanation of the awakening mind. As a daily watcher of Eckhart and Rupert Spira I don't believe hearing them explain this so succinctly. As an over thinker I find it extremely difficult not to get attached to a thought or something someone has said which ruminates like a whirl wind in my mind. Your video is timely to as I looked at the time 11:11 the angel number for new beginnings and spiritual awakening 😊 Thanks again Sha have a thoughtless blissful day ❤
Great video Shar, thank you. Waiting for that permanent shift. I've experienced it a few times , but due to a heavy and dark vasana load the mind keeps coming back. Another thing I perceive is that the ego is afraid of not existing.
Thank you Shar. May I ask you to tell how long it took you to get to the point where you automatically operate on that level, I mean literary how many years? And do you know of any example where one took a lets say a year to get to this level? Is it all just a matter of practice like in anything else ? Love.
Hello. I talk about my awakening timeline in this video if you're interested ruclips.net/video/5HdrBhm3Hz0/видео.htmlsi=gUEKPSABoK9VFJX_. It was roughly 10 years. It would be unusual to happen in a year, it is quite an involved process. It's a matter of effective practice and healing karma/trauma/conditioning.
So what about things like shadow Work or things like letting go of “lower” emotions? Once you come to this realisation do you not need to work on things like guilt or shame any more? Is it really necessary in the first place?
@@BlakeLight722 Yes it is necessary to heal it all and this is typically commenced before the permanent mind awakening, and continues post this shift. I healed approx 3/4 of the content prior to this shift.
Thank you. This is the experience here❤
Hello Jeff. That's wonderful to hear. Enjoy the peace of your being.
This all helps. Thank you, dear.
That's very sweet
A perfect explanation (and concise) of what the experience with the mind is like once you’ve awakened. I needed this message. Thank you.
I'm happy the pointing found you when you needed it!

Once it gets to a certain stage, it gathers such momentum that it won't stop until it's done.

@@shar-jason yes, I had seen that and I saw it again. You are right, it's mostly about control. Have to keep doing the work. Thanks Shar.
