Looks like a very well thought out design and a tough rival for both the Old Tamiya and the New Eduard kits. (I always found Tamiya kits in general to be a bit over simplified and Eduard's to be over engineered and "tricky": with all those tiny PE parts. I am impressed with the mix of recessed and raised rivets, as on the real aircraft - This is better than the Eduard kit which has only recessed rivets, and the Tamiya which only has a few rivets at all. This looks to be a fairly simple build with good to excellent detail. I like the optional wing folds - Your Shelf space will be thanking you!
Wing Folded and (+) Rivet Molds are definitely advantages. However, there are some ridiculous errors and lack of details, so it is hard to say that it is better than Eduard. I will never buy this kit again unless I have a specific reason.
Thanks for the preview! I am currently waiting on the postman for my kit so hopefully it wont be much longer. Another channel says his kit had damage/mold flaw on the top forward part of the cowling, did you see this on your kit?
Thank you Dan williams :) As mentioned on other channels, there is an error where the top of the cowling, both panel lines of the Carburetor Air Scoop, are not smooth. I'm looking into other pros and cons.
