61 Year Old - Every Facelift Patient Heals Differently

  • Tammy is 61 years old with relatively mild aging changes.
Like many of my patients, she already looked good yet wanted to look her best. Tammy had an early/maintenance deep plane facelift, deep necklift, brow lift, full face laser resurfacing, and age-appropriate lip filler.
She won’t look night-and-day different; just tastefully prettier and fresher. Like the best, most natural filter ever.
If you've watched my channel, you'll know that while some patients have almost no discomfort post-surgery, others can experience discomfort, swelling, and more. In Tammy's case, she had discomfort from swelling during her first week, but by Day 6 she was feeling and looking much better.

She didn’t need a facelift honestly. She looked fantastic already 😊

I agree. The lip filler either. She naturally had a great neckline and profile. But I guess we're all insecure about something.

Some people in the comment section need to calm tf down. This lady is only a WEEK OUT!! She will continue to improve as the swelling subsides. Most surgeons won’t even show their patients until they’re a few months out. Also, EVERYONE heals differently!!! Some people are waaaay more swollen than others for quite some time. She looks pretty good considering she’s experienced a lot of swelling, was on a steroid and seems to be happy with her results so far so why all the negativity? Just cause you can’t afford it or are too scared to go through with it yourself doesn’t mean you should stomp on someone else’s journey. And remember some of these patients may be reading the comments. They had the courage and generosity to share their results with us, so at least show a little decency and respect. No need to be complete aholes when voicing your opinions.

Some people brag about our baseball team, zoo or the Arch. I tell them we have Mike Nayak!

You didn't advise her correctly or ethically. You did a bunch of surgery she did not need.

Nonsense she looks fantastic and she’s very happy with her post-op results today. He gave her exactly what she wanted.

LOL! I wasn't paying attention to the text. I thought the pre-op video intro was showing her post-op results. And I was thinking, wow, what a great surgeon.
Umm...ya, what the other comments said. WAY better before the surgery. If you watch a bunch of these types of before/after videos it's outrageously rare that you see one in which they look better as a result of the surgery. It happens, but it's damn rare. Almost always, they look as you'd expect....obvious and unmistakable signs of work. Almost never looks natural.

Not true at all. How can you possibly tell all that at nine days out with a TON of post-op swelling? Ridiculous.
