Best live show ever. They've done several shows accompanied by full orchestras. Here's to life, we will fall together, the three of us, with any sort of certainly....every song is good
I can only count to ten...so I don't know how many times I've seen them. Sold out every time they play Starland Ballroom (essentially home town stage)
This
RIP Matt Stewart thank you for melting our faces off repeatedly
They are in fact amazing live. A better pace a better time has literally saved my life
They are amazing live. All great musicians, no nonsense hyping, just good music thrown at your face full blast, in a fun crowd where everyone sing along to every word and every note. Personnal favorites are That'll be the day and Forty days.
Thanks for the shout-out, dudes! So glad you guys enjoyed this one! I can verify that they are, in fact, AMAZING live! We saw them last November and I cannot wait for them to come back around. Yes, please react to more Streetlight! I see other commenters have made some excellent suggestions, so I'll just sit back and enjoy you enjoying one of my favorite bands :)
Wow I was not expecting this, Streetlight Manifesto is one of my favorite bands ever. Insane musicianship and really well written lyrics by Tomas. Point/Counterpoint, We Will Fall Together, The Littlest Things, Here's to Life, Watch it Crash...they just have too many good songs. Really I would just go album by album. For a more lyric focused version of the songs, Tomas made a solo acoustic album called Streetlight Lullabies. It really shows off the writing and it's a very chill listen to just have on in the back (if you're not paying attention to the lyrics that is, if you are it's just a sad/hopeful vibe).
Thanks for the comment. We for sure will check out more from them.
I have seen Streetlight Manifesto 13 times live and every single time has been an insane experience that I never get from any other concert!
Going to see them in Detroit in a couple months for like the 7th or 8th time. Love it
If you didn't catch it.... when you didn't like the baby seal getting clubbed... "Now you're upset because you finally got the notion..."
I'm watching Streetlight Manifesto reaction videos to hype me up to seeing them in concert next month. Their live shows have so much energy and I highly recommend going to one of their shows
For any that don't know: they have a new album in the works for 2024! it will be the first time they release music in over 10 years (and yes, they are amazing live!!!!)
Wow! Thanks
Discovered this band in high school and they have been my favorite band ever since. I’m 31 now.
Possibly the best live show ive ever seen. Love this band so much
I've seen them several times in Orlando, they are by far one of my favorite bands to see live.
The thing with Streetlight just like Bayside and Coheed is that they have zero bad songs. The last time I saw them live was in Seattle a couple years ago and just couldn't stop dancing and singing to them. But my point is listen to way more of their stuff they are phenomenal.
Oh and for a suggestion please check out a better place a better time and to be completely honest with you if you do then you have to also check out this cover because it will let the song bring home its point in a really dramatic way and makes me cry when I hear it ruclips.net/video/bZXF8m3Yed0/видео.html she is amazing
I’ve seen them live 5 times, definitely my favorite live band! They keep that same intensity throughout the entire show!
They're amazing live! And every one of streetlights songs are amazing! Hands down, my favorite band. Any sort of certainty is my favorite song. Everything goes numb album is a great start for a deep dive. Also, check out their other sides give BOTAR or Toh Kay a listen. I found Thomas when he was with catch 22, and I loved everything about them, and then streetlight came out, and it was mindblowing. How did the music get even better?! The band is amazing and definitely everything my teenage self needed, and I still enjoy listening to them 20 years later
Just saw them on Saturday and Jesus if you two haven’t seen them yet it’s as good the first as it is the over 10th. Crowd just oozes with the proverbial un defined “it” that can make any concert go
They have some great songs, this and "Somewhere in the Between" are my favorites by Streetlight Manifesto
Somewhere in the between.
The animals reaped what the humans had sown. One of my favorite music videos they've done
i saw them live just a few months ago in orlando it was definitely the best concert i ever went to! it's hard to pick a song I'd suggest because I love too many, but maybe The Littlest Things? too many too pick from but maybe that one
I'm glad you reacted to streetlight manifesto; they're my favorite band
Thanks for the comment. Do you have any suggestions on another of their songs?
@@dudecheckthisout4460 honestly I love all their songs so it’s hard to pick, but I’d probably suggest ‘a better place, a better time’ and ‘40 days’
Found y’all by searching “streetlight manifesto reaction” do more. More like this, NoFX, cat empire, the impossibles, hepcat, the slackers, etc, I’ll sub for sure
Ayy Cat Empire, that’s one of those bands that no one I know had ever heard of until I showed them to them. Good music.
The Impossibles!!! OG underground ska-punk at it's finest... Streetlight though, they're on another level. Musicians and musicality on par with the greatest of any genre; heartfelt, clever, and approachable lyrics. Then, of course, the urgent energy that makes all of us who hear them need to experience the energy in person. Then they deliver all of that in person, apparently every time! Listening to Streetlight Manifesto will make you better as a person. That's just science
If you want more Streetlight suggestions, you need to react to Point/Counterpoint, Keasbey Nights, and We Will Fall Together. But, to be honest, you can't go wrong with any Streetlight songs! And, to answer your question about their live shows... absolutely bonkers, fun, insane! I've been going to punk/ska/hardcore/metal shows for over 30 years and Streetlight is just next-level with some of the most crazy fun, diehard fans out there. For a slightly less frenetic Streetlight Manifesto, check out the side project Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution (BOTAR).
Thank you for the comment and insight. We will definitely check out more from this band.
@@dudecheckthisout4460 Especially Point/Counterpoint
and check TohKay, its their vocalist playing on acoustics version. idk its true or not, someone said they make song acoustic version first before they cooking on Streetlight
@@samuelberson8202 yes!
GO see them live, it is a one of a kind ban and show experience live, just like how you added it to your playlist instantly, there show is like something you HAVE to experience before you die. Best shows ive ever seen live.
i love that this video exists.
Y'all get a chance to catch them live?
Unfortunately we have not.
They do a very decent cover of Hell by squirrel nut zippers
Do a moment of silence
and immediately after listen to "a moment of violence".
Not ska. Lostwn to the song damn it
Streetlight is what ska would be if ska was actually good.
I fell in love with this band because of this song. Other absolute bangers are, The Three of Us, With Any Sort of Certainty, We Will Fall Together. You will be impressed.
