I hate when creators get discouraged to do what they want because the majority doesn’t like it. I LOVE long docu style videos. I love when I can sit down and watch the whole thing, or watch it it intervals and get excited the watch the rest when I get free time.
@@reineonI don’t think Jeffree was posting RUclips videos for cash. He doesn’t need the ad revenue that his videos would generate. He runs a massively successful business. I think RUclips was more about creative expression. And after all the drama, he’s been canceled and deplatformed by the YT algorithms, thus severely diminishing his reach on social media. With no one watching his videos, what’s the point? But I totally agree with OP. I much prefer long form, docu style videos. I hate the reels and 30 second videos that are now trending. It’s impersonal, limited, and unfulfilling. I think Jeffree feels the same given the way he talks about TikTok.

I legitimately found them because of Shane’s first series. I only sort of knew of both of them but I love documentaries so when the first series came out I watched out of genuine curiosity. But then I just started to like both of them. I have the conspiracy merch and am still happy I own it. I’m sad that era is over but who knows what the future will bring for them. ♥️♥️

tell me why i started crying when it changed to the shades being repurposed in other JS palettes and especially when people who were reviewing them were LOVING those specific shades. literally SOBBED. it made me so emotional to think of how much effort Shane put into perfecting each shade for the Doomsday palette and then never getting to see people be obsessed with all the shades + how creative someone could be. i want the palette even tho the shades have been used in different releases 🥺😭

You should totally rebrand the palette as "Evolution" to represent how you've evolved in such a healthy and positive way and to show that not everyone stays the same and that your beliefs and values can evolve with you as you grow! I can remember the whole series and following along waiting for the reveals and release dates, I can't believe its be 4 years!!

This breaks my heart. Shane is the first RUclipsr I ever watched and he changed my life when I was young. He continues to save my life. I found Jeffery in high school and felt the same connection. To see both of these amazing people grow, evolve and know that the second pallet never came to light absolutely breaks my heart.

I don’t know if Shane could ever see this but I have to tell you that this whole series meant so much to me. One of my best friends took her life in 2021, her name is Shaedyn and she loved your videos with me. When she passed I was gifted her conspiracy pallet and it is one of my greatest treasures in my life. This video gave me some closure in a way, thank you.

no actually, anyone who just watches *edited* videos of Jeffree, even by Jeffree, can conclude he isn't a good person. That line in this video more than anything shows that Jeffree has a lot more healing and self reflection to work through. He WAS being a PoS. Watching other people try on Shane's shades as part of jefree's pallettes and not even knowing, made me really emotional. Letting go of dreams is so difficult and I'm glad he at least got to show it to the world.

I put off watching this one....til just now, and I'm glad I did....cuz I teared up, but they didn't spill over, and smiled & laughed so much thru most of it....what made Shane and Jeffreys conspiracy Collab epic, was & still is the friendship we watched them develop during the journey....genuine happiness, honesty with each other, respect & Jeffrey sharing & being so open & generous with not only Shane, but everyone around them! Earlier today I saw Shane's video with JoJo (get it girl! Lol) and was & am SOOOOOO excited to hear Jeffrey gonna pay us a visit FINALLY!!!! I remember watching some of his videos just before & after his move to Wyoming & he just kept taking hit after hit and losing pieces of his heart, losing people and DD....Jeffreys smile now, looks a lot more genuine & his energy FEELS more relaxed, even thru video! Shane is right, Jeffrey is wicked funny, I dunno how he keeps a straight face saying some of the shit he does & not lose it when everyone else does....deadpan looks before he turns away and then loses.it, makes.it even sweeter!! Lol anyway I just love you 2 together, will watch any project or "boring" middle of nowhere with the yaks video you guys make together....really hope there will be at least a few podcast visits!!!!
I know there friendship doesn’t end here, but too not be able to witness it for ourselves anymore is what hurts. Doomsday would’ve sky rocketed but they have conspiracy to cherish and that was a chapter that had to come to an end. Maybe just maybe in another lifetime they can express there happiness in a new pallet.
Jeffree using some of Shane’s shades in a couple pallets and speaking so highly of them made me cry. He’s such a good friend to Shane I’m glad they’re both finding what makes them feel whole and happy now even if it mean we see less makeup or series. you can’t hold on to a moment forever but you can look back fondly

I feel like 10 years ago, it was the same thing. Videos longer than 6 mins were too long to some people. Over the years, people longed for longer videos. The new generation made the pendulum swing back with their short attention spans. If it's something I want to watch, I'll watch it till the end. There were some videos Shane put out that weren't my favorite or something I wasn't really interested in but I always watched them all the way through once to show my support ❤️
I am 33 and it slowly but surely started with vine which was huge in my 20's and honestly I hated vine back then equally as much hate tiktok nowadays...

wow this actually brought me to tears... the whole jeffree star series + conspiracy series was the biggest moment on youtube that ive ever witnessed and it felt so surreal watching it all unfold. you and jeffree had such a genuine connection and eagerness to create and we all felt it. it was an entire era that has never been done or seen before. it was honestly extraordinary and to witness it was truly breathtaking and beautiful. it was the prime of youtube and i didnt know anyone who wasnt talking about it. it will be cherished and missed and looked back on forever...

Just watching this makes me so sad cause I was watching them since 2018 and then the pandemic happened and that’s all I was doing with most of my time and then things changed and I forgot about them for two years.. it’s so good to see jefree happy and living his life you can see that he’s just moved on. It kinda made me look back on things to with my life and how things have changed and ended for the better.
Just as a note: people can’t be cancelled. Stop saying that. Say “when people decided to hate me “, It’s more accurate. Fire and pitchforks love company. That aside, good for both of you! The switch between them making the shades then to Jeffree using them in his released palettes is so pure and made me kinda emotional. Almost as if each shade he used was an ode or honouring of the palette and what they created. Even with Jeffree leaving RUclips…those shades, their friendship and these videos are an ode to both him and shane 😭🥹

I’ve been watching you for so long (as many of us have). Your content feels like a part of me growing up. This is why I hate this new cancel culture BS! We are essentially destroying creativity. We all have different senses of humor and that’s ok! Me grabbing my Blood Lust and Blood Money palettes like I've had some of these shades this WHOLE TIME?? This series has made me feel so many feels.. Shane you made us all feel like a part of your journey from the first series and now this feels like the true completion to the story.
