Liverpool legend Aston villa manger now amazing what his doing there in such short time also now getting a world class player coutino only Gerrard got him to villa this will be massive for them on his day his a game winner
Who with? If you are a lesser team Anfield is massively underwhelming experience. I went with Reading a couple of times and being the tinpot shit club that we are, all our fans had their phones out to film YNWA and then the tune kicked in and no Liverpool fans were audibly singing along at all and everyone was a bit "WTF" 🤣
He was probably very conflicted lol If there is one guy I can think of that embodies the YNWA mantra it's him, he entered every game to play like a mad lion, never gave up, always delivered all of him to Liverpool. We could see how much he cared after every goal, specially important ones.
In that clip you have everything that's wrong about the modern game. First you have a club that cannot even get their favourite song sung without a tannoy booming it around the stadium and a support wearing half and half scarfs, recording it on their iPhones. Proper football is dead in England!!!
The tannoy starts the song off, the fans sing most of the song on their own, I think the half and half scarfs are maybe because it was Stevie's team or sometimes tourist who buy the scarfs outside
@@xxyxnxwxaxx9724 It saddens me that the game at the highest level, is over for me. Far too much diving, feigning injury, plastic fans, corporate fans, expensive seats, no terracing, dull atmosphere's compared to the past. I'd rather watch lower league or non league than this crap served up @ Anfield for tourists from Oslo and Singapore!
@@KryptonitetoallBS That's life, life moves on. And so has football since day one. Even in the lower league football they still wear expensive boot. Provided Villa finish in mid table, I would imagine mr stoney face would be hot favourite to become the next manager of LFC. I ope he cheers up by then.
Steven's just trying to act like a God like figure here. He wants to get to the pub, get pissed and maybe smack a yob but he has to show constraint and act like a father figure. What a pity he can't talk English. eeeeeeeeeeeeee 'course' !
Can you help support a local Liverpool fan who is homeless. He's published a book called Born to be king The seeds are sown by Philip j Lewis. He needs your support ynwa
Our legend GERRARD, a the best for the future. This song will be bitter sweat for him. In lots of ways. One for he's entering the lions den. He lost a cousin at Hillsborough when I hear this song it reminds me of our history and them 97 victims. xYNWAx
I’m sure SG will be a great success here at Villa but if he is I question if he will return to Liverpool, in my opinion he will be the next England manager! Look at his interviews, calm collected and not saying a word out of place. If big ears can get us to a final and semi final just imagine what SG will do!

I know he looked calm , but im betting Gerrard had some major goosebumps
The Liverpool fans sang that directly at Gerrard. You could tell Gerrard was buzzing like crazy as they sang it.
There is ONLY ONE STEVIE GERRARD.....!!!!! A LIVERPOOL LEGEND AND A TRUE LEADER....!!!!
that must have been a bit of a tough moment for him. Stevie G is my favorite all time player tho
Even better than Alf Arrowsmith?
@@Isleofskye who?
How soon they forget:(
Alf Arrowsmith, part of the greatest Manager of all time Bill Shankly's Liverpool Squad in the early 1960s....:)
@@Isleofskye ok thanks
I wish him the best. If he becomes successful, There is no doubt he is gonna come back home to Anfield.
Most definitely, even Klopp said, that Gerard would be the best successor for him.
I saw Gerrard play once, and he was like a machine. He is without a doubt the best Liverpool player ever in mu book.
Liverpool legend

Best player even at his age in Aston Villa right there.
Been there as an away supporter and I got to say its an amazing atmosphere in the away end 🙌

Liverpool must be a dilemma for Gerrard If he join singing will show as Liverpool supporter but as Villa manager he can't.
He’s a rangers legend too 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

"REACTS" is an overstatement.

*Try not to cry, try not to cry, try not to cry*
The eyes to the heavens in prayer , gritting his teeth, He almost went
Steve McManaman was my favourite player growing up as a kid..but Gerrard is just next level Liverpool legend
Were you one of them who booed McManaman and called him "JUDAS"?
@@KryptonitetoallBS lol I doubt it I was only about 13...would have had no idea what Judas meant lol.
Gerrard (doesn't) react during YNWA
Looks like he’s going to cry cheer up Steve you miserable 😖
I think it's because of his cousin dying in the Hillsborough disaster
That must have been hard for Stevie G, but then again, he's serving his apprenticeship and he'll very back ....on the home bench .
We have loved you Steven Gerrard!!
We love you Steven Gerrard!!
AND, We will Always love You Steven Gerrard!!

He's also perhaps a bit sick of it after having to listen to Celtic fans sing it as they won trophy after trophy
Trophy after trophy but still wanted rid of your manager🤣🤣
