Thanks....I had put off this job for so long that the gingers had really started to dry out. The weather here in Sydney Australia can be very harsh and drying. BUT this morning you have given me the confidence and knoe how to get started. Will keep you posted. Thanks so much ..Kate🙂
Great work. Thank you for sharing. You helped answer our ginger issue. Husband wants to get rid of it but I love it. It just looks bad every winter when the frost kills the tips.
Great job guys I’m doing my palmetto’s on my own about a quarter acre just with clippers and my husband axes out a few if I can get him out there. He’s 70 so I think he’s over it lol
I have mine in a container and I dk how to just keep what is actually alive and doing well. After this past Winter , most of it died but the plant is not easy to pull out with its roots. How can I transfer to another smaller pot ? Do I just cut with a knife ?
Compost, composting,,, "decaying" is also correct like you said. Smart to have the dump-site at your property as long as that land / structure has a fair rate or you own it. Your shots look good, color and all, informative content,,,you do some nice places, good work, you deserve more subs. thank you so much, I'm pruning my ginger today and your video is the only help I found. :)

Thanks, I wasn’t sure if you could cut ginger and they would come back on their own. Appreciate your information. Thank you.

We're doing the same her. This winter as been hard on our tropical vegetation this year.
I was a little hesitant to cut plants back because we usually don’t get are last cold front until the end of February. But these plants look bad .
Thank you for the insider's tips
What do you do when they’re roots get lumpy

Gotta dig it up-they don't grow very deep
@@fyt00000 updated- plant died lol-
@@odd-one-out4409 I am so sorry and I hope that you can get another one :(
@@fyt00000 maybe I will- I’m trying to find trees I can plant but that won’t have damaging roots or won’t grow so so tall.
@@odd-one-out4409 We seek the same!
Looks like they don't like sun. Mine is in shade under a tree canopy and are green!
