From what I researched, looks like the better the connection and the faster your internet the slower and clunkier your players move versus having a slower connection , your players move, amazing and fast and more reactive to intercepts and tackles.

I personally think that the problem is composed of connection, server overload and archaic network code on this game. The devs don't care to fix any of this, there is no real competition against EA so they are zero motivated in fixing things like this.
This is not true. I tried everything to make this game smooth. It is impossible to play this game on PS5 smoothly. I have 2.5Gbps fiber internet (~12-18 ping) and both PS5 and PS5 Pro limits the max download

It is very difficult to test this. You would need to take your setup and test it from different geographical locations. How many users have actually done this? One could try testing using something like a mobile connection to see how different the game is on it, connecting in something like 4g instead of wired fiber connection at home. Until someone can actually publish serious evidence about these claims they will only belong to the speculation realm. As an anecdote, in 2021 I listened to Hunter on the FUT Ballerz Pod talking about "delay compensation". I didn't deepened much into it, at the time I was quitting FIFA 21 and didn't want to know anything else from this game. Network delay had ruined both FIFA 21 and 20 for me. FUT became unplayable after May/June of both years, I was crushed, having worked extremely hard to build amazing teams to no avail because it was impossible to enjoy the game anymore after those months. I played FIFA 21 on Xbox Series X and FIFA 20 on Xbox One X. The experience with delay was horrendous. My players became completely unresponsive after that date. Coincidentally it was the time when EA liberated the game to millions of players on EA Play so there was a huge influx of new players on the servers. I always blamed the degradation in game performance to this but decided to not touch FUT in the following years. I am just now thinking in coming back on FC 25. As background info, I game on a 1Gbps fiber connection, always wired. My pings on FIFA 21 were ~30ms to the FIFA Servers located in Sweden. My game always connected there because there were no FIFA servers in Norway. I have friends that play from LATAM in worst connections and >50ms ping to the servers, and they experience many inconsistencies, to the point that it feels like the game gifted you a match and the next one was totally against you. This is the reason many people claim that EA has an underlying system that screws up with your game to make the experience feel "more dynamic". This has been acknowledged by EA for offline modes like Squad Battles but they have always denied that any form of this exists for online modes. It is extremely difficult to test and prove something like this, but the belief that SMH (scripting, momentum & handicap) is still present in FIFA / FC is very strong in part of the online FIFA community. I don't know if this thing exists or not, I prefer to blame the game problems to an horrendous network infrastructure and archaic networking code in the game, than to SMH. Anyway, delay is the worst that a gamer can experience in this game. It completely ruins the experience, that's why I left over 3 years ago, I hope that this year the things have improved, a wishful thinking, but we must remember it is EA we are taking about.

i have created a system that indexes all ea fc25 servers, and can increase latency to the servers you dont want, so it get excluded in the list you connect to. So you can always have the servers you had a good experience with. this works with all consoles!!!

Personally I’ve done all these and the game feels awful, it’s all network but I have a tp link which I used to fix packet loss for valorant, but this game feels stiff and like I’m having to predict movement, skill moves feel stiff and players are genuinely 1 second behind
It is strange, but after appliyng your recommendations for my setup, I got more Ms than before😂. It increased from 30 to 48. It never changes even after I changed the all settings as default. 😢I made connection tests and everthing seems okay there.
I disconnected from the WiFi on my ps5. As in forgot my home WiFi. Then searched it again and connected to it, and after that it was fine. I didn’t think it would be that simple in the end. I almost returned the stupid game. But it only lagged on that game that was so weird.

Hi, in case you have VRR forced, then Favor resolution is based, if you have VRR off, Enhanced Visuals worked best. for the ports, yes, the static IP is needed to put on router, I haven't found FC 25 ports yet but I'd guess it's similar or the same as FC 24 ports. You can either setup a static IP or just write current IP down on paper, most routers don't change static IP on their own but some may do once in a while.

The lag bro is not from that, most people who experience it bro is the majority, every where but Europe and it's because of the limited servers they have, and to control games, I bought a 2k monitor, I have pro controller did all the settings and nothing has changed, it has it cod though. Where I am we do not have psn or ea servers but cod Is quiet near. As I said in the earlier comment they need to address all problems and all youtubers should start a boycott campaign
On pc use DSX, advanced deadzone settings: deadzone on 0 and sensivity to 2.0. Gives u instant movement with controller on pc. DS4 is not working, fc25 on pc wont start with DS4 on. Works with ps5 dualsense controller.

Mine usually goes maybe 5-8ms higher but the fact I could change servers was useful, if higher, it may not be worth it + if you already have a good connection with low ping you wouldn't need it (especially if you have no packet loss or connection problem icons in game like shown in this video)

@@mehmetyildirim9788 Probably not, it seems it's connecting you to a farther server or maybe the routing is worse, luckily if you're on trial you can test a few more matches and if it doesn't help, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have packet loss problems with current server and with Lagofast it fixes. it may happen in some regions.

I see, makes sense, so it seems you'd need alternative apps, for example DSX is officially available on steam and if that works with it, it'd be the alternate way, I don't have the FC 25 on PC yet so I can't confirm this one, but I'd guess DSX will be fine.

( also test a another cable ) 3. My download speed 600mbit 100up 4. Gaming monitor 1ms 5. Also tested a second controller 6. Ping is around 10-20ms My issue is if I am playing a match and a player is doing a animation my screen is stuttering. It also happends suddenly that my screen is stuttering. The deadzone in FC is a real problem, on PC however you can boost the start of the curve to reduce that as much as you want I’m also about to test a Nova Pro and shooter III soon
Hi, yes if you already have a connection like 1Gbps, it wouldn't help if at all, could be only good for changing location, if you have lag, packet loss, or change in ping in different matches, then it might be helpful, luckily there's a free test and everyone can give it a try!

Yes, you can use it for both sticks, + for right stick you can make it all the way up to make it instant (if you want) but I kept it a bit lower to prevent accidental tactics.

Hi, have you tried the resolution mode? because on PC the Visual mode requires more graphics, I use and RTX3070 so I can't be sure about the graphics settings for your 4070

Hi, since VRR is off by default, Enhanced visuals will work the same on edge, unless you have it forced, that's why in this video we made it general, + we mainly covered typical controller in here that's why didn't specify AUX for Edge.

it seems to be a problem in the sharing section, please connect both PC and console to the same router (if it has Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5GHz connect both to either 2.4 or 5GHz) because some routers route frequencies independently.

I was very happy to have found this video and perhaps deal with lag once and for all. Having set everything up including LagoFast the results came in. It's the same. Nothing has changed. The game runs like shit in ultimate team. Also LagoFast does not find any match if connected so it's invalid. At this point this is an ADD for LagoFast and DSE which is 250 euro where i live. Absurd. Do not recommend this person.
Given the fact every person may have a different connection / setup the results might be different. That’s why I suggested testing them and see if it works for you About Dualsense Edge, the difference is in inner deadzone, however if you’re not sensitive to that, you may not feel it

@@victorbuse4849 Only change DNS on your PS5, no need to share VPN, and ensure it works with that DNS, if it did, then you can ensure your connection is not a problem anymore, and share any VPN / service you like, just setting up that DNS on your router. Actually, it's best to set up DNS on your router to fix it on a whole network level.

Daniel, does turning off Bluetooth lower the input delay or does it make no difference? I use Duaksense Edge on a USB 3-1 cable
Don’t turn off Bluetooth it adds delay. Just change communication method to usb cable

The lag bro is not from that, most people who experience it bro is the majority, every where but Europe and it's because of the limited servers they have, and to control games, I bought a 2k monitor, I have pro controller did all the settings and nothing has changed, it has it cod though. Where I am we do not have psn or ea servers but cod Is quiet near. As I said in the earlier comment they need to address all problems and all youtubers should start a boycott campaign

On pc use DSX, advanced deadzone settings: deadzone on 0 and sensivity to 2.0. Gives u instant movement with controller on pc. DS4 is not working, fc25 on pc wont start with DS4 on.

Hi, how much higher? Mine usually goes maybe 5-8ms higher but the fact I could change servers was useful, if higher, it may not be worth it + if you already have a good connection with low ping you wouldn't need it (especially if you have no packet loss or connection problem icons in game like shown in this video)
@@DanielZH I live far from the servers. Normally the ping I play is 60. When I use lagofast from the computer, the ping is 80. Can lagofastbox change this?
@@mehmetyildirim9788 Probably not, it seems it's connecting you to a farther server or maybe the routing is worse, luckily if you're on trial you can test a few more matches and if it doesn't help, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have packet loss problems with current server and with Lagofast it fixes. it may happen in some regions.
I’m in Ghana and our Internet Service Provider( mtn fibre) use to connect to ea server in Lagos which was giving us low ping but it doesn’t connect to Lagos anymore , any idea how to fix it?

On PC, EA's anticheat doesn't allow you to use ds4 simultaneously with the game, as far as im concerned
I see, makes sense, so it seems you'd need alternative apps, for example DSX is officially available on steam and if that works with it, it'd be the alternate way, I don't have the FC 25 on PC yet so I can't confirm this one, but I'd guess DSX will be fine.

Hi, that really depends on your Monitor model, in 3 models I tested it was better to do 4K on PS5 in case of FC 25.

If you have a normal DualSense, it was faster in our case to in 1080p, the difference is small though, but the HDR of is so effective

2. Cable connected directy to mu router. ( also test a another cable )
3. My download speed 600mbit 100up
4. Gaming monitor 1ms
5. Also tested a second controller
6. Ping is around 10-20ms
My issue is if I am playing a match and a player is doing a animation my screen is stuttering. It also happends suddenly that my screen is stuttering. If I am playing offline it never happends.

The deadzone in FC is a real problem, on PC however you can boost the start of the curve to reduce that as much as you want

I tried the software, and it added 20ms to my normal connection, PS5, wired connection, 1GB/1GB. It was too good to be true!
Hi, yes if you already have a connection like 1Gbps, it wouldn't help if at all, could be only good for changing location, if you have lag, packet loss, or change in ping in different matches, then it might be helpful, luckily there's a free test and everyone can give it a try!

Hi, I use Rectangle, but based on how FC works, both of them should work the same, there's no speed based direction, etc., it's almost digital behavior.
Why not use Favour Resolution on the settings of ps5 ?

Hi, it's tested by a USB Dev kit which copies the signal and measures it, you can't see it directly on PS5, but with this kit it's possible to see.

Hi, it copied the output USB data when connected to the console, not every game requests as much polling rate though…
But Ive got a new kit for testing USB ports themselves, will do it soon it’s a bit risky on PS5

Yes, you can use it for both sticks, + for right stick you can make it all the way up to make it instant (if you want) but I kept it a bit lower to prevent accidental tactics.

Hi, since VRR is off by default, Enhanced visuals will work the same on edge, unless you have it forced, that's why in this video we made it general, + we mainly covered typical controller in here that's why didn't specify AUX for Edge.
yes 2160p would be best option that downscale doesn't add as much delay as console controller delay.

it seems to be a problem in the sharing section, please connect both PC and console to the same router (if it has Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5GHz connect both to either 2.4 or 5GHz) because some routers route frequencies independently.

I was very happy to have found this video and perhaps deal with lag once and for all. Having set everything up including LagoFast the results came in. It's the same. Nothing has changed. The game runs like shit in ultimate team. Also LagoFast does not find any match if connected so it's invalid. At this point this is an ADD for LagoFast and DSE which is 250 euro where i live. Absurd. Do not recommend this person.
Given the fact every person may have a different connection / setup the results might be different. That’s why I suggested testing them and see if it works for you
About Dualsense Edge, the difference is in inner deadzone, however if you’re not sensitive to that, you may not feel it

@@victorbuse4849 Only change DNS on your PS5, no need to share VPN, and ensure it works with that DNS, if it did, then you can ensure your connection is not a problem anymore, and share any VPN / service you like, just setting up that DNS on your router.
Actually, it's best to set up DNS on your router to fix it on a whole network level.
