This is their original version of the song MIC DROP. This had the dance breaks for an award show they were practicing for. In the beginning, as trainees, they would practice 8 hours a day on just dance alone. They worked about 16 hour days dancing, producing, recording, and whatever classes or practice they had to do. At this point, they are one unit, so they work really well together, and their practices are about 5 hours a day, maybe. They still work their asses off for their art.
Their dances practices are amazing but you need to react to a live performance, i would highly recommend the MAMA 2019 performance, it will blow your mind 💜💜💜
He should react to all the songs first so he can appreciate them more in the performance as he will know what's going on... especially Mikrokosmos and Dionysus
The dance practice videos are more like a final run through. Each member learns their individual moves first and then they practice as a group. Meanwhile, the backup dancers are learning their parts. Finally they all come together to fine tune everything and then they shoot the video. I am so happy about J-Hope coming home tomorrow. Jin did a live on Weverse with ARMY a few hours after he was discharged but reminded everyone that was his decision and not to expect it from the other members. Hopefully J-Hope will go on Run Jin next week. Episode 10 hit today. RM speaks English with an American accent because he learned it by watching the show Friends. I was just going to say the same thing. Depending on the song and choreography anywhere from 12-16 hours a day. They love what they do and they most of all Love Army. No other group or individual is more dedicated to their Fandom as BTS which is why we love and protect them as much as we can because they do the same for us.

You are right. The music controls their body. It's ingrained in their memory. That's why you can easily spot K-Pop fans from other fans. They randomly burst some weird moves while listening to the music 😅 You can't control it.We saw them doing them sooo many times!
RM is everything! Super intelligent (IQ 148!). He learned English "by himself" by watching the American series "Friends", when his mother bought the entire series.
So glad you have watched one of their dance practices now. They are probably my favourite aspect of BTS. I discovered them 4 years ago & binge watched their dance practice videos back then...mostly in disbelief at what I was seeing!. I was immediately hooked. Had never seen anything like it before. I recommend 'Run BTS' next. Army's were blown away when they saw this! It was put out about a yr ago after the song which was a fan favourite from their Proof Album. You will just love it, I know.🙂 The Busan concert performance of it is fantastic too...it's like they had been holding all this energy in, waiting to perform it for us. Electrifying!
JIMIN and JK both do martial arts and I think Jin does as well. Jin is extremely flexible and JK is also good with the flying kicks. Not taking away anything from Jimin because he is amazing.
My BTS journey began watching their dance practice videos & these are so iconic & nostalgic for me. Every time I watch them, those emotions of wonder, excitement, delight, amazement at what I was discovering come floooding back. Some favourites....Boy With Luv, DNA, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Fire, Idol. DNA, prob my all time fav. Song, & moves. The 1st time I saw BTS was on James Corden's Carpool Karaoke, then watched their appearance on his Late Late show, doing Boy with Love...the Quarantine performance in the pandemic..2020. I was intrigued & curious to find out more.

Their music covers many genres of music and their dances moves reflect that. Black Swan dance practice is my favorite, but I agree you should watch the MVs first. My other top choices are On Kinetic Manifesto, Idol, and Run BTS from the Busan concert. 💜
Just letting you know if you want to see more behind the scenes of them actually practicing and learning choreo, etc.... there are videos called Bangtan Bombs that really show that kind of stuff. They can be found for free at Bangtan TV right here on youtube. And you can also find just a bunch more behind the scenes videos, etc..... on that channel as well. And I don't think they copyright those videos...but that is just a guess, definitely check to make sure first

Their choreographer introduces the dance, they run through it together repeatedly, J-Hope (dance leader) usually gets it down first, monitors and instructs the others on positioning, synchronization, and dance steps. The dance line will then help the other members, often individually, with whatever still needs to be perfected. It’s a long, difficult process. There’s a video called Watch BTS learn their dances by Fandoms Unite and another, Let’s see how BTS learns their choreography, by Only Luv K-pop, if you’re interested in this.

Dance practice is not the rehearsal, but the presentation of the finished choreography, as in some MVs the choreographies are not complete. When the performance is live they dance and sing. We see the rehearsals, in part, on "bts bomb" or "bts episode", which are on the Bangtantv channel. It takes hours of rehearsal to get this result. They work hard!

And let's not forget Jhope is like our second leader period RM has said before several times that jhope does a lot that helps him, and if it wasn't hom being the leader it would be Jhope, right And I feel like we have been getting better insights too this atleast with in the past few yrs. Because, just for one, we are getting to see more in the videos of Jhope leading performance rehearsals, etc.... Which I for one, absolutely love to get to see those behind the scene type of things. But, with all that being said and not taking anything away from RM or Jhope, I just want to say, that everyone of the members is incredible, because they all take part they are a team, a family Every member is valued, with in group, equally, just in their own amazing and unique ways.
You should see their concerts they never have opening acts it’s all them for 20+ songs. They do individual sings and unit sings with a few members that let folks rest and have a couple of costume change breaks. But it’s insane stamina!! RM is the central pillar of BTS a true genius who is gets world wide notice. The books he recommends sell out. He used to visit art museums globally in all his spare time (pre military), museums seriously fight to get his attention because him quietly showing up means a huge lasting impact of people/Army visiting. He’s now getting international acclaim for his latest album released with no promo from him while in military. Film festivals are calling the documentary amazing the album is listed as one of the best of the year up for Grammy consideration. Can’t say enough how much Army and BTS respect and care for our RM. That saying BTS is all 7 all are necessary.
When you are ready for a full epic performance, please react to BTS MMA 2019. It's a 37 minutes of colossal performance. All of BTS live performances are great but MMA 2019 is the MOTHER of performance. I believe you need to go the channel of Enjoy BTS More to find it with subtitles. Mind you, you will still vibe even without it. The channel Enjoy BTS More has great videos of BTS with English captions.

Really enjoyed your reaction videos..💜 I wanna make a suggestion that if you want & offcourse if you can you should react to Mv + live performance + dance practice in one reaction video. In that way you can focus on lyrics in mv, and live vocals and stability in performance and as well as synchronization and strength in practice videos. And don't worry about Army, we love to watch longer videos, we appreciate if someone is sincere and excited to watch them.
And for b-sides you can watch lyrics color coded video in place of mv, these songs also have live performance and dance practice like title tracks. For me in 'BTS' B stands for best b-sides, i personally like b-side songs more in all of the bts album, these songs are truly gems and most of them are army's favorites .

Dance practice is kind of a misnomer. These do not show you the entire process of them learning their choreography, but it is more like a dance rehearsal that they have filmed, and they put one out for almost every song that Has choreography

Dance practice is kind of a misnomer. These do not show you the entire process of them learning their choreography, but it is more like a dance rehearsal that they have filmed, and they put one out for almost every song that Has choreography
