I went to Tuang's yesterday, for the price it was the best dim sum I've had in Bangkok. Other than 5-star hotel Chinese restaurants that cost 2-3 times more, you're not going to find any better dim sum in Bangkok.
Wow...I love this. I love thai Food and love finding authentic other country's cuisines in not so well known places. I know there are plenty of these type of food places all over bangkok. Thanks for the recommendations.
😋Another great video! TUANG DIM SUM should expect a lot more customers after seeing this video. I'm very fond of dim sum and this all looks so so yummy. I kind of wish I was there right now! Thanks "Friends..."🤜🤛
Love the ways how *May* host this video. She speak very well n understood English. Without the do do fake accent of others host. Most important she lovely enjoying the Thai style chinese Dim Sum. Yummy 😋.
Chon, l always like your video regarding Bangkok. I don’t know anyone who can speak English fluently like u. I admired your skill n would like to meet up with u in Bangkok. I would like to buy lunch for u.
Great and affordable dim sum in bkk!!!! Always go there when in bkk and good to see it have moved to a larger place but great memories having it at the old place. Thank you for sharing the new location chon👏🏻👏🏻🫰🏻
Also thank you friend Chon for putting some background story on the post , I enjoy reading these captions very informative and makes me appreciate the restaurant more
You guys should do a series of content like this featuring cheap and good food .. where most people doesnt know the location where only locals know . 😊
Thanks for your sharing, we are Cantonese, we like Cantonese dim sum very much. For your information most dim sum can eat directly, without adding any sauce. Expect Rice Flour Roll you can eat with soy sauce.😊 Love and Support your channel ❤
Another fantastic video!! Please do one with all the different fitness classes available in Bangkok. And a video of dermatology services to keep looking young! I really appreciate it when you include prices! Thanks a bunch!!
At Saphan Taksin, I believe there's a free ferry service to Asiatique; from the pier, just a 5 min walk to Tuang Dim Sum or if none, take the Orange boat (15thb) to Wat Rat Singkhon, a 4min walk across Tuang
I take the BTS to Saphan Taksin station, then walk opposite direction from the river aka walk opposite direction to Central Pier. Until see the big Blvd, is the Sharoen Krung , then take any bus go to south or opposite direction Robinson mall or opposite direction to Bang Rak Area. Get on the bus then show the bus cashier the google map of Tuang dim sum restaurant, and keep monitoring location of the bus then get off at Tuang . The stop is 1 or 2 stop BEFORE the Asiatique stop. On the way back take any bus on opposite street and go to Central Pier or Saphan Taksin station or BTS and monitoring google map the position of the bus, if you see Robinson mall then you go back too far.
Hi Chon... I really luv to see ur food vlogs and your local area visits.Kindly make a video on authentic Thai Halal food available in Bangkok. Best Wishes
Love your channel. Love this video. This Tuang Dim Sum will definitely in top of our list. How about car rentals in Bangkok ? Any recommendations ? i'm planning to visit on 19th June, and rent car in Bangkok, coming from world worst traffic (Jakarta) i think i can handle Bangkok traffic. Thank you for providing such great informations. You're the best.
Sweet sauce is white plum sauce. Price in US is expensive. $6 per dish. Plus 10% tax, plus 20% tip. Usually will end up $60 or 70 when you go out to eat Dim Sum. That is one of the reason to live in Thailand.
1000 bhat is roundabout 30€. I think in Germany for two people u would say its cheap or normal price. I like your tips very much my friend. Ur english is authentic bro😊😊😊
Thank you for your video, is a very good guide. By the way, Malai Gol is Cantonese word for Malay Cake, this is a south East Asian cake more popular in Malaysia and Singapore. Just so you know 😊
@@friendsfromthailandtravelguide thank you for doing this channel, if I say this, you might not believe, I watched almost 90% of your video for straight 2 days because I am coming to Bangkok over the weekends. Really thankful for all your guides. Let's see if I will have a chance to see you on the street. :)
Hello Khun Chon, I will be traveling to Bangkok in December 2024 and this Dim Sum's place is one of my choices. What is the address, and train station terminal to get off from to BTS Thong Lor?
i was in this restaurant yesterday. I tried 5 dishes. It is cheap than the other Dim Sum restaurants in Thailand, but the Dim Sum over there is not so good.
You are doing great with these videos, but if you want this content be even more enjoyable, make a more articulate entrance, maybe show a map at the start. More so, try to shrink video to 5 min
Hi friend, can you feature and look for a shop selling loose tea powder or tea bags? popular tea brands in Thailand? and also perfume store in Thailand.
Chon, l am planning to go to Bangkok this year 2023. Like to meet up with u for lunch. Buying u lunch. I am from Australia, please how do l contact u??
I am in BBK , trying to locate the dim sum place on your video. I did a google map search and it gave me Cheroen Krung 89 Wat Praya Kari,Bang Kho Laem Bangkok. Not Cheroen Krung 74. Can you advice on the exact address? Thanking you in advance.
She is so thirsty to shine brighter than the host. He needs to catch up. She talks over him while solving a big mouthful. He gingerly cut food into small bites and patiently waits for her to come up for air so he can say a word.

Where is the hot tea? Traditionally, dimsum is eaten with hot tea. But I understand that Thailand is hot and the restaurant has no air conditioning.
You forgot to put the address.😏
May is very beautiful
😃
How do u get there by sky train?

Wow that is cheap - 18 baht is like $0.50 right?
She is so thirsty to shine brighter than the host. He needs to catch up. She talks over him while solving a big mouthful. He gingerly cut food into small bites and patiently waits for her to come up for air so he can say a word.
Bro 60 baht for a single dish is not cheap, you can get a full noodle meal with just 40-50 baht...its not cheap at all
For dim sum, it's cheap. You can't compare "a full noodle meal" with dim sum.
May looks part Chinese.
