I’m aussie but only visited Magnetic and the reef for the first time last year when the borders were locked down and we couldn’t travel outside aus! I think we tend to take our country for granted a bit so it’s really great to see you enjoying it and to experience it through your eyes. Makes me realise how fortunate I am to have this within reach 😊 can’t wait for the upcoming vlogs!!
Magnetic Island is amazing, glad you liked it. The birds you heard after having pizza were Blue-winged Kookaburras. A different species to the Laughing Kookaburra that most people are familar with, but their call is just as cool.
We stayed at bungalow bay in October, we loved it. I heard a weird noise in the night going to the bathroom (like a pig noise), turned to the left and there was a koala running around. It was amazing! X
West coast is so much better guys lol crystal clear water.if use go there hire jetskies.if U look up a place called Exmouth it's in western Australia. Beautiful place
Have heard very little about the west coast but honestly truly beautiful and underrated places there. Is it cheaper or also as expensive as the east coast?
Love this vlog! Hahahah the bus driver wave! That would never happen in the U.K. 😂 I had a taxi driver I recognised today she was as miserable as ever 😂

For sure get that I felt the same with England during the lockdowns! This is a beautiful country (and a lovely island) though so you’re very lucky!!

BTW., there are over 500 B&B on the Island. The Forts Walk is your best bet to spot Koala's

When you said “what song could we sing?” I was thinking ‘I would walk 5,000 miles’ 😂

When Molly asked “shall we go to the beach?”
Me & Tom both said “let’s go to the beach beach…” 😂🙌🏻

Yeah agree with your mum Molly please do not get into the car with a stranger no matter how friendly they seem
