The Matcha is originally a green tea leaf, collected grinder and pounded (in old time by stoneground) till it is a green powder. Ofc this is based on my limited knowledge.
It is my dream to live in Japan. It's such a beautiful country with amazing food and amazingly friendly people. Sometimes, I have my doubts that I'll ever get to live that dream. Gaining citizenship in other countries is difficult. Plus, you have to speak fluent Japanese to actually live there. I've learned some Japanese so far, but I've got a long way to go.

I used to eat the 16 Atomic wings regularly from a place that is now known as AWSOM Wings and Pizza in Alhambra, CA in the USA. Spiciest thing I ever had. You sign a liability waiver... Used to be Alondra HotWings. Now I eat antacids.😂😢😅

I'm going to agree with some of the commenters here, I don't think you got the spiciest ramen . Not only that but you reference eating the spiciest hot pot in china, however in that video your tour guide orders just regular spicy. (Unless this is the wrong video, this was just the most recent video I could find) Both the tour guide and camera guy also eat the hot pot with no issues which I seem odd if it was really as spicy as you could get.
You have to show us Yasuke Statue, since you are in Tokyo. For the most spicy ramen I've tried is the korean, you can buy the red korean instant noodles.
