I work in Mr Harsh Mariwala’s company (AquaCentric Therapy). While there are many things that stand out about Harsh sir, one thing that really inspires me about him is the amount of importance he gives to fitness (Mental, Physical). Even after being so busy and 69 yrs old, he spends approx 2hrs daily on fitness (I, being a fitness freak, can vouch that it is very difficult to keep this schedule) It can be an inspiration to everyone to try better the quality of their personal lives and subsequently their professional careers. Kudos beer biceps for interviewing Mr Mariwala!
Listening to the real life experiences of these men is absolutely priceless and more important than knowing the amount of wealth they have accumulated ! Thanks to BeerBiceps😃🔥
I work under Mariwala Sir & truly admire him, such a down to earth legend ! This podcast will definitely give good learnings to budding entrepreneurs & the society at large !!
Wow, this came out of nowhere. But what a Story !!!... Ranveer bhai just a small point. Can you please ask people about their businesses. We want to know how it all started. We want to know how the entity functions. 2-3 questions on how the business actually works. Would be really insightful ✨
I feel myself in a whole new spiritual level after binge watching majority of the episodes! Ranveer my bro, my man, I promise I'll meet you someday and see you in the big leagues
Having that huge amount of money and as an elder person with that power ... talking to a younger generation with respect and sharing his experience... Something we have to learn.. simply woow ....❤️
Harsh Mariwala is an Indian entrepreneur, founder and Chairman of Marico, a Fortune India 500 company. Mariwala began his career in 1971 with Bombay Oil Industries which was controlled by his family.
Great learnings from the podcast.. just listened to it on Spotify Seeing he started his business in 1970s, have been keen to know how he faced the initial challenges upto 1991. I am happy to know that thankfully, he didn't faced the dance of license raj, which many entrepreneurs faced and struggled with greatly. My key learning has been about the different stages of a business he talked about, and how an entrepreneur needs to delve into different roles depending on the stage one it. i.e. starting, doing most things on own.. next stage, trusting people, delegating, risk taking.. further.higher stage, influencing people! I also wanted to know more about his early days, and how he expanded into various countries. He talked about this no doubt, but still, I do have a lot of lingering questions! Like, how did he decide which country to expand to.. how he developed the deals with other countries.. what particular challenges were there compared to selling in India.. is he making in India only, and exports to other countries, or does he have production factories at other places too.. which country did he found 'business-friendly'.. which country had a better demand for Parachute Oil, and for what reasons? Like.. these questions are arising to get more insights into the business.. nevermind! I do look forward to reading his book, Harsh Reality.. and furthering my knowledge on culture building in an organisation.. driving innovation in the organisation.. which he mentioned are discussed in detail A future suggestion Ranveer bro... I am currently reading this book, India Unbound, by Sh. Gurcharan Das. He is a Harward graduate, and spent his plenty of career with Proctor and Gamble.. this book is a delight about India, as well as about various entreprenuers, and the challenges they faced post independence.. upto 1991 and compared to after that.. if possible, please see if a podcast is possible with him. I am sure you, and the audience will love the episode.. He also has written a book, The difficulty of being Good, focusing on ethical dilemmas of Mahabharata characters.. something, which I know you are interested in too.. :-) :-)
Parachute sells 100% pure coconut oil not like other brand using preservatives and playing with the health of the buyer . Its not just good luck that he is super healthy. People who do good receive good in the same form . Thanku

Ranveer what you do is amazing because it actually make us rethink on what we are doing to get where we want to reach in lives. This inspiration doesn't only comes from your guests but also the way whenever you are talking to people who are from completely different steams and masters at what they do, you actually try your best to ask them the most relevant questions and try to better understand their field.
