Tyson embarrassed himself here, he was hostile from the start. Not surprising since he clearly can’t handle criticism. I know people like to mock Geordie, but respect for holding his own, asking the tough questions, and not backing down. *THIS* is what boxing journalism needs.

Is Usyk a better contender than a 4th Wylder fight considering wylder is on the rebound and probably determined to beat Fury. His appeal as 'the bronze bomber' still has a pull specially for heavyweight. Also Everyone was going on about Joshua and Fury and now suddenly no one is saying anything. The fact Usyk beat joshua just gives weight to what Tyson said about Joshua, that he's miles under his ability. When you think of heavyweight you dont think of someone like Usyk. I think usyk needs to prove himself more because he hasn't fought a fighter that has challenged Fury at all. He struggled against chisora and Fury schooled him. Fury has all the cards in his hand tbh and doesn't have much to prove. I think Usky whould be looking to fight Wylder then if he schools him, Tyson will have something to prove.

I think he's just taken issue with TG because the lad regularly talks trash about the heavyweight division (and the promoters behind it) being a joke. Which is true. Watching a guy who comes across so confident and cocky fall apart with his words, and contradict himself, when he is asked simple questions that we all want to hear the answers to. Props to TG for making this available for all to see. Frustration or not, he comes across arrogant (with his back up) from the off.

No that isn’t what happened. Tyson got asked multiple times about Chisora and gave an explanation, TG ignored what Tyson was saying about Chisora and basically was saying no I’m right and you’re wrong. That’s what pissed Tyson off and it would piss anyone off. How are you asking me questions and then saying you’re opinion is worth more than MINE? HW champion of the world. Nonsense. Tyson already explained that the same people who want him to fight Usyk probably didn’t watch the fight where Chisora took him all the way and it was an incredibly close fight. The same Usyk that schooled Joshua in the ring. He also said styles make fights and if you want him to fight Usyk or Joshua then why is Chisora any different. He lost his temper because TG wasn’t being impartial with questions, (which is what an interviewer should do). TG turned it into a debate and all boxers are hot headed why is Tyson going to waste his precious time debating with someone? He made his points, he explained why he was fighting Chisora, answered all of TGs questions and yet he STILL kept going on. Bad interview from TGs point of view.

Those are personal goals .. There’s a huge difference. People who don’t fight will never understand it. That’s why Fury never said it before. It was never “I’m fighting for the trilogy” it only came out because the interviewer kept pushing.
Fury has no reason to get back into the ring. Doesn’t need the money. Doesn’t need to prove he’s the best. It’s all about personal goals now
He first offered Chisora the fight in early August, it didn't get done until mid October. He claims Chisora didn't need time to sign

Bottom line is Fury knows deep down what you are saying is right and he is struggling to justify it in his own confused world.
It's odd that he's getting so much heat despite all the lob sided fights out there, and given Usyk needs a 6 month camp first, AJ's team wouldn't sign, Joyce has literally just fought Parker weeks back and wouldn't be ready, he's already best Wilder 3 times recently, he beat Whyte last time. It's like who else? Andy Ruiz would be the one I'd have asked, but he's also just fought Ortiz so not sure if he'd be ready, but he seems like a guy who's eager for fights. Chisora is a solid heavyweight, and the stat of losing 7 of his last 15 and thus lost almost 50% of his last 15 fights doesn't mean that much thinking that AJ has lost 60% of his last 5 fights. My main issue with Chisora fight is that fact all those years ago Fury kept asking for the ref to show Chisora mercy and stop the fight as Fury was hitting him at will, and while Chisora improved, Fury is more improved, and I think Fury can just do the same thing again. Maybe someone like Dubois would have made more sense even, at least young and hungry, only one defeat and is an unknown match up with Fury, even if everyone would still expect Fury to win. Basically Fury is considered too good for most the ranked contenders out there now, the sort of contenders the Klitschko brother's would routinely defend their titles against in boring slow fights. Fury will be fighting Usyk next year, and I think he's right when he says if you want to watch it then but a ticket or buy it on TV, if you don't then don't. That's fair. Given both fighters are household names in the UK, then it'll do decent business anyway. It's all just entertainment at the end of the day, 2 guys fighting for money really.
