Your video made my day! I was trying to change the time due to day light saving, and inadvertently got the master code removed instead. Am so glad I found your video, and was able to restore the master code. I like it that in your video you repeated the steps. Thank you a bunch!

I again have a fault 1-3 "general system fault" yet the alarm works correctly, commissioning, shutdown, ... sending to home automation on my app ... it's happened 2 times already and I called an alarm company each time who disconnected the 2 x batteries and cut the main power supply and restarted the DSC, then the fault disappeared. The batteries are less than 1 year old and work very well But apparently during a micro power cut?, the Orange default comes back do you have any idea how to fix this error? thank you
The tricky part of changing codes on this type of keypad is that the screen will not display the codes. You will need to know what "slot" the code is in. eg. 01, 02, 03, etc... You will also have to know what code is in what slot. If your keypad does not display the word "PROGRAM" when you are doing codes you may have an earlier release keypad with icons. The process would still be the same: *5 + Master Code. This will enter you into code changes. Then you type in the slot: 01-16 and then type in your new 4 digit code. After you are done then press # twice to get back out of programming.
God MC Underground there a book that comes with the keyfob in there it will tell you how to program you still hit star 5 then the field code to program
