Man, I clicked on this vid thinking that it's around 10 minutes long, the usual generic FAQ stuff, and let me tell you, if not for someone posting a time code in the comments, I would remain convinced that this was a 10 minute vid. A beautiful interview, a wonderful perspective on things.
I recommend for ANYONE, who is in a (deep) depression to watch Scottys words from 39:45 on. Even when It seems to be unrealistic or if it takes lots of time. Good man, smart and thoughtful. I see reflections to me (I think this sounds a bit stupid...) One day I would like to meet Scotty personally with my 745 TD and caravan and talk to him while drinking 1-2 beer about cars and anything. I think my wife and kid(s) will have fun too making holidays in England. PS: I never heard about this Helles Bier brand, even I am from Germany... strange. And I would like to have a replica from this Scotolvo painting, is there a chance? :D
Loved this. Didn’t know he was from the north east, makes me feel slightly less embarrassed about being from here. Love the idea of getting painted while being interview, subscribed!
@@RoryPaintsDates It makes us unique, unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to get the webbed toes. I left that comment before I went to work.. I have just finished work and watched the end of the video with the reveal, absolutely fantastic art, I let out a roaring laugh!
I'm from across the pond and really like the content mostly because I follow scotty. I'll sub and see what comes up. I'm on mobile and my app entered some hellscape where I was watching the video but instead of comments it was just shorts I was browsing. I didnt want to leave. I wanted to comment I had to refind the video. I already pay for you tube premium why are they shoving shorts down my throat instead of making this shit I pay for easy to use.
When the painter and mechanic discuss climate change i role my eyes. I agree that individually we cant really do anything. Its the companies making the cars and selling things in plastic. Its very hard on a personal level struggling as it is with bills and shit to take a stand against plastics when these giant companies who make tons of money are the ones i have to convince. Climate change should be addressed in some way but the change needs to be at a production/supply level and not a consumer level.
Kimda interesting because in my state OF AUSTRALIAN, Victoria, the side east of the state capital which is the biggest city in the country (NOT SYDNEY), has seen SUBSTANTIAL decline. The forestry industry has been killed off, and they had power stations and still do with one closing but it doesn't provide much work, they had a train parts manufacturer and that died, and now asides from the region that grows vegetables, it's JUST DYING. Like it's 7 years of NO JOBS availability, single teenage mums, just DECAY, but you know what they do for fun? OLD CARS. Vice made a documentary on it talking to guys in the late 20s and early 30s, never able to get ONE JOB ONCE their entire adult lives, who have become car enthusiasts from welfare money alone. And there's A QUITE HIGH suicide rate.
increasing your testosterone is just likely to make you more likely to go bald or go bald faster or sooner, you certainly don't need particularly high testosterone for any real reason, especially since Scotty says he isn't supposed to lift like, anything heavy....
What do you want me to do? Like walk about the streets looking at buildings? Literally go to the park and take my shoes off and touch grass? What is the point in that, no one likes me no one could ever possibly want to spend time with me, I’ll just play video games and watch movies.
@@billy6044 Catan is GOATED, but it's limited... I recommend Warhammer or Magic the Gathering (unfortunately you will be single for life if you choose these options)
Jump on the dirt bike, get a beer on the beach, get lost in the woods, wrench on the car (theres most likely something to do on it, if not, it probably needs cleaning), find a lake to go swimming, go to a quiet place to read a book... Plenty of things to do on your own man
There's something in Scotty for me, that inspires me and makes me think that i can be much more free and stoic, just like i see it in Scotty. Live long, love from ukrainian sub🫡 Thanks for the interview🤝
Scotty is gonna be the new age Fred dibnah, such a legend

Another quality video, Scott is an interesting character.. do you have Lobeless ears Rory? If so.. we're in the same club.
Cheers. I guess I have a semi-lobeless ear, but I don't like to talk about it because it's a mutation (like webbed toes)

If you want to make a difference, stop trade with china and india. Everything else is bs.
Always thought that gold color looked awful, now I know why 😁
Can anyone tell me the song title at the very start of the video?
