The ball on the top is for upside down flying ;) and the black steel bare over your head is your horizon when your are hanging in your belt pressing the stick forward.
Oh! I used to live in saint-cyr, just where you landed ;) This bring back memories of hearing thoses small ga airplanes over the weekend. You can see the airstrip is just between a major highway and the famous castle of Versailles ;) By the way, there isn't that much snow over here, maybe a few centimeters once every two year
I remember in a video the devs put out around release, they were talking about how some of the flight models were based off of planes they had significant direct access to at their local flying club (eg, the Robins), so it wouldn't surprise me if the lower than expected (based off of the POH) performance is just because the corresponding real plane is a bit clapped-out from years of use.
It certainly isn't as easy as the game in real life to taxi this aircraft, it does have a steerable tail wheel however the force required to break this out to free castoring is fairly low so it's easy to get it to ground loop. MS2020 doesn't appear to be the best with tail draggers. Nice job on the startup though it was spot on. You should always drain from the rear tank first. The aircraft is only rated for aerobatics when the rear tank is empty.
Not sure why they called it the Robin Cap10. It was made by Mudry and is known as the Mudry Cap10. Mudry went bankrupt so maybe Robin bought the design.
Just googled it... This design has quite a story: "The name changed to CAP 10, CAP for 'Constructions Aéronautiques Parisiennes'. The CAP 10 was manufactured by Mudry (name of its designer) in Bernay, France, bought by CAP Industries which then became Apex Aircraft. Following the bankruptcy of Apex in 2008, rights to produce spares were awarded to Dyn'Aviation. After the bankruptcy of DynAero in 2012,[1] manufacture of spares was taken over by CEAPR in Darois." It's CEAPR that also has Robin and is making CAPs on Robin's plants.
At first I thought you'd be an awful plane seller 'cause showing an aerobatic plane by simply "walking" it from pint A to pint B is kind of meh. But then it became better ^)

The CAP10 is my favorite aerobatics plane in the sim atm.
I'm guessing the other inclinometer is for inverted flight..?
Yes.

Love the GoPro mount on the dash 🤣
Yessss, needed one of these. The Cap10 is one of my favorites to fly so far. Will you\do you have one of these guides for the Extra 330?
I wanted to see it twerk 😂
Why does Asobo persist with the ground crew, that never show where you want after landing? Where is GSX 2?
Great vid. Thank you!

it's mudry not robin
This is the CAP 10C NG (Nouvelle Génération) which is produced by Robin Aircraft. The original is by Mudry indeed.
