Congrats on 2nd place, love the video, and thank you for sharing tips and lures that you used. Your boater seems like a great guy as well. Keep sharing the videos, I love all the tips I can get from you guys who are there and showing us how it’s done. See ya next video!
I live in Columbia and have been to Tombstone Tackle many times and the guys there are awesome and insightful, thanks for the videos, just a question, how did you start fishing tournaments,I am a die hard bass fishing nut and wanna take it to the next level
Firstly, Thanks for watching. I have only been fishing really for about 3 years. I did fish when I was younger but nothing consistent. My dad got a boat about 5 years ago, he then started fishing some private tournaments with friends and had asked me to go, and I fell in love with that. I love to compete in anything I do. I was at our local bass pro and was talking to an employee there that had mentioned he was fishing a “BFL”. I had no idea what that meant. So I RUclipsd it, Googled it, and researched how to be a good co-angler or even what that term meant. I just signed up for a BFL tournament and followed the emails. Showed up and fished. Kevin Miller was my first boater and made it a really good experience. It was not comfortable to step out of my comfort zone and just go do that by myself. But that’s just what I did and it was a great experience. I’m glad I did it. If you have any questions and decide that’s for you, just email me variedtn@gmail.com
Wow, very nice video breakdown of your experience on the Rock, I have some of those baits, caught 1 on krej, but so far nothing on finisher, congratulations on your finish!
Thanks buddy for the kind words! I have yet to use the Krej, but the Finisher -muah- , so good. Let me know when you catch your first on the Finisher on X, or Instagram, or FB. Would love to see it!
Great job man. That's funny. Fishing my season opener kayak tournament at Table Rock tomorrow, and really want to use this bait. I found one of the small ones locally so I've got it tied on. We'll see how it goes
Bait-Wrx had the 5s. And honestly I imagine they work. By the time I have written this, you are already on the water! Please let me know how you did and if the Finisher caught you any!
