You can successfully substitute sheet gelatin for powdered gelatin in any recipe by using the following scaling. 1 (0.25 oz.) envelope granulated gelatin = 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin = 3 sheets leaf gelatin.

just a small opinion that you may use" whipping cream" i.o whipped cream, I'd almost make mistake because I just noted down the discription and watched your video once,as I watched it again and found out oops,not whipped cream.Im gonna make this for my hubby birthday tonight,fingers crossed.Thanks for sharing
The most commonly found is Dr. Oetker. It is quite standard. Each sheets measures around 7.5 cm x 11 cm. You are not substituting the gelatine sheets, no need for calculating the strength. We are trying to make things in a easier way, not the hardest way.
ah thanks.... i'm actually in Melbourne now. they don't seem to sell Dr.Oetker's gelatine sheets at the supermarkets though.. I will have to go rummage.
The pan is 2 pieces there is the walls with little slots on the bottom and the other piece is the base so instead of fishing the cake out you can just set in on a can or something and lull down

As long you know what you are doing, you can use any biscuits Base recipe you have in hand. If you can find cream cheese you can find mascarpone too.
