Thanks for bringing that book to attention. Freedom of speech leads to progress. I think debates are useful, because many of the paradoxes in religion are brought out in the open. No matter how ingenious theologians and apologists try to be with language, they can't do the impossible, because there will never be any iron-clad arguments for god.
I was one of six kids that was taken to Catholic church for 9 years and never felt like anyone was listening to my prayers. It felt like I was pretending to have an invisible friend who was always to busy to answer all the messages. The bible was not easy to understand and I hated how it was written. It's no wonder people feel they need a priest or pastor to explain what it means.
To me (norwegian) it's still crazy that the majority is the christian apologetics creationist movement. It's ridiculous. Going to go and watch some of this guy's debates now, seems like a nice guy. Also, you seem like a genuienly eloquent guy. You remind of the like of c0nc0rdance or Potholer54.

Cool dude.
This is a great interview.
You never lost a debate? That's funny. Dr. William Lane Craig, remember him? You certainly didn't win that one.
